This company came highly recommend by my holistic teacher and when signed up over a year ago, I was impressed with the service and professionalism. However, recent times, it appears to have declined in transparency and misinformation/guidance when monthly payments are an issue. Whilst Trish who has been helpful in guiding, correction and updating details, issues etc, this cannot be said for other staff I have spoken to. The generic emails are also annoying of which I was told previously its computerised system. It truly has become a draining of energy and I've ecided to end my membership. It seems that they would prefer annual payment rather then monthly as its been a truly discouraging experience.
I would have adapted to a yearly payment if I felt that I would get the correct service but I haven't. I Don’t like leaving negative reviews but when you expect better of an established business, then it needs to be addressed.

Collaborating with IPHM has been an exceptional and transformative experience for me and the Sirius Healing Activation course. The accreditation process was structured, clear, and highly professional, and the IPHM team was always available to provide support and guidance.

Clear guidelines on what was required and support every step of the way. My queries were resolved in a timely manner and I was really impressed with the turn around time for approval as a trainer. Helpful hints were provided to improve my courses and instructions were simple and easy to follow.

Helpful friendly staff and fast efficient process with great customer service and the level of professionalism and efficiency are second to none.
