Asked for a refund multiple times within refund the 7 days money back guarantee period and was consistently ignored by customer service. I had to beg to be able to use on multiple devices, eventually I got there in the end but the service was down for days after that and still is, still no refund
Paid for 6 months but they cancelled it after 3 days. Stopped replying to my messages after saying they would sort it.
