Mehek physio specialist for car injury.
Mehek, made me feel welcome every time I saw her.
She asked questions about my injury and set stretching and strength exercises. She used the tens machine when I needed it.

Had my treatment with VM3 (Vedith) I had 4 months of sessions and he was very approachable and knowledgeable. His practical treatment was very good and I felt the benefit from this. He explained everything well and would thoroughly recommend him.

6 week treatment after an RTA
I had my treatment with Rana in Lichfield, after an RTA and being left with a whiplash injury. Honestly, Rana has been amazing! My first session was all about what will happen during the 6 week course, and he gave me a few simple stretches to do. Over the next 6 sessions I felt my pain gradually reduce. I was skeptical that this could work in such a way, and was shocked that I had so much pain after, what I thought was, a minor bump in the car. With a pre existing rotator cuff injury, which Rana worked miracles on, I gradually felt my pain get less each week. I am still doing all of my exercises and stretches, and expect to fully recover from the bump. I am now getting much less trouble from the rotator cuff, but I cannot thank Rana enough for hours advice about this and my hypermobility. Not only is he a very kind and lovely man but he's exceptional at his job and I am now thinking up other ways I can use his services! Lol THANK YOU RANA!

I received great care and support from Vedith. I was really worried that after delayed impact injury yo my back and hip that I would not be as mobile as I was prior to my accident.
Vedith explored every avenue of my mobility and strength both prior to and during treatment. I was soon feeling more confident in my recovery, which is both physically and mentally.
I would throughly recommend this practice and I am greatful for Vedith's support, exercise program and mindfulness.
