The experience was not the best due to the long waiting between ordering and delivery. Which was a little over 3 weeks. The product itself is ok. The font are different as well as the coloring. The size I ordered fit perfectly. I paid approximately $60 and would have paid twice as much from another company. So, I guess I got what I paid for. Probably will not order again.

Received my jacket today and was disappointed in the packaging of my order. The gold in the jacket was more of a yellow color. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are creating any Fraternity or Sorority related items, you NEED to get the colors right. Won't be wearing.

The color red was a faint red. Very disappointing. The jacket looks very cheap. I will not be ordering anything else from you all.

Shirt is not the quality expected and the artwork seems to be iron-on decals. It is also too long. If you want to tuck the shirt in, you lose part of the design both front and back even if you try to blouse it. I'd prefer to return the shirt as it will be worn as night shirt otherwise since it goes below my butt and I wanted a true t-shirt. I hope the seat covers ordered are of much better quality and and the design is stitched instead of what appears to be iron on decals like the shirt. If they come in at the same quality, I'll definitely request a refund.

The arrival date was fine and the communication/updates was top notch. The issue I have is with the material and thin quality of the jacket. For the cost, the material is easily snag. Unfortunately, I am dissatisfied.

I received my hoodie today, it's just what I ordered.

I was very disappointed with my purchase. The jacket I received was not the right size, and the material looked cheap and nothing like what was shown online. It did not meet my expectations, and I was not pleased with the quality or overall look. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.

My experience with this company was excellent! I saw this jacket and I had to get it! I contacted the company to make sure that I could customize it exactly how I wanted. They promptly responded to my email. Once I placed my order, they sent me a mark up of exactly how my jacket would look, and it was precisely what I requested. The company sent me regular emails, keeping me updated from my jacket going to production to shipping to delivery. The jackets are true to size and the materials are excellent quality. I plan to definitely order from them in the future. I highly recommend them.

I enjoyed the all of the feedback I got from the organization. I felt they really wanted to get my order right. My order wasn't for a lot of money, but I thought I got excellent service. i will use this company again!

The artwork on the back was cheap looking and generic. Frankly I thought and wish it was blank. I won't be wearing this in public. I have over 50 pieces of parahelia and this is the worst. I wish I could get one that is blank on the back. Please send me another that has nothing on the back and I will reconsider doing business with your company in the future.

The jacket is definitely on point. The detail of the jacket is truly amazing. The fit is comfortable and fit to a T. I love it!

The Zeta shield is too big and the jacket is not true to size. I normally wear a large. The jacket runs big. I need a medium. The company has an address listed in the United States. However, the jacket came from China. This is not a problem. However, buyers should be notified.

It's not what I expected. The photos online show the letters to be sewed on and that's not the case. It's misleading to say the least.
