I bought a ln Iris Galerie pendant for my Daughter and a Bracelet for myself while on a trip to Athens. They were delivered to my Daughters address and I only collected this week.
What Absolute Junk
A Big Sales Pitch with the Sales People under Pressure from Managers who looked on hawkish like.
I am so disappointed in the delivered product which is tiny on a Bracelet of String
€397 for rubbish
I was ripped off
Please avoid these stores if possible.
The idea was nice, the pressure sales not and the end product is absolutely junk

The idea of product is lovely and the customer service in Camden, London was great but the quality of the product is not so good. The print has a couple of white specs that that shouldn’t be there and stand out on the black background and the plastic in the frame is quite cheap and scratch marks appear very easily and unfortunately stand out on black background. For such a price you would expect a better outcome.

Amazing experience! Sofia was a lovely person and very helpful in answering all of our questions. She walked us through the process, took our pictures and gave a lot of interesting information.
Just be prepared to find out that your friends' irises are prettier than yours 😜

Camden Market frachise, Horrendous service, ordered expensive goods from this company, never received said goods, they claim i did, asked for photographic proof which obviously they couldn't provide as hadn't received it, had to go through charge back with bank, now this cheeky bunch have the nerve to object the charge back, ceo, trading standards and financial ombudsman all been contacted, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I placed an order in September 2025 and paid 1,113 €. I was told the product would be ready within two weeks.
More than half a year later the product has still not been delivered.
I even travelled to Paris specifically to collect the order, only to be told in the store that it was not available.
Since then the company has refused to issue a refund and has been extremely unprofessional in their communication.
For a company that claims to provide premium products, this level of service is completely unacceptable.
I strongly advise customers to be cautious
