Love the painting, but there is a white flaw in the painting. Very small section kind of gummy and thick, so this is where some of the paint came off. I email right away, said there is nothing they can do.

The painting Vivid Essence is absolutely stunning. The colors are vibrant and the work is amazing. Customer Service was excellent. They presented a photo of the finished piece prior to framing to ensure full satisfaction. Molly was exceptionally polite and helpful. Packaging for the artwork ensured protection of the piece. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I love this painting; it is so beautiful, and the quality is worth every dollar it costs. I’m going to buy another one because I absolutely loved it. One important thing to note is that it comes extremely well-packaged, which ensures it doesn't get damaged during transit.

The custom painting you receive is exactly as pictured and they are beautiful! I just ordered my 3rd painting and people can't stop raving when they stop over and visit. The only thing I can say is be patient after you place your order as they are painting them to order. But trust me, its worth the wait!

Absolutely in love with my new 3D hand painted wall art! It’s absolutely gorgeous and . It instantly elevated the whole room. If you’re looking to add something unique, artistic, and full of character to your space, this is 100% worth it

Please do not believe the delivery time or any other tall tales you'll hear. So far, it's been "the artist is doing it," but the Chinese New Year delayed it 15 days. "We'll have a picture for you tomorrow to approve." Today nothing. A web search found the same one on two other websites, but a deeper dive revealed that the sites have different names, yet all appear to be owned by the same company. Bottom line, they all come from China, and if you're looking for something and are not sure, go to someone in the U.S. Receiving it in 5-7 days is a lie. DO NOT BUY. I wish they had a no-star rating to give.
