Poor quality, poor warranty and recall options.
Purchase a board from them that was recalled within a few weeks after it was purchased. The options to replace were not in the original color we purchased and the wait time to receive the replacement was 6-8 months. The paddle board has started to peel from many areas due to a poor quality glue used in original manufacturing. They won’t replace under the recall or provide warranty support.

I bought 2 iRockers in 2020, and I had a few wear-and-tear repair issues. I am also looking for a blow-up float. I wanted to purchase one that would last and a company that would support their product down the road. So I decided to reach out to irocker to see how they would respond to my issues, which are what I consider normal wear and tear. Brittany not only responded with answers to all my issues, but she also had links to where I could get the products needed for my repairs. I was over impressed with her and the company. I will now be purchasing my float from iRocker. I give Brittany and iRocker five gold stars.

I bought my first iRocker Blackfin XL in 2000. I did a ton of research and decided iRocker was the company I felt offered the best option for what I was looking for in an inflatable SUP. I was not disappointed. The Blackfin XL is huge and sturdy. I also over time bought the electric pump, Kayak paddle, iPhone waterproof bag, lunch bag, and speaker. After 5 years of great boarding, in lakes and rivers my board started to show its age by having the deck come unglued. I bought HH66 glue and took my time and restored it. No problem. This year my board sprung some leaks and again I used the glue to patch it. Worked great. Then I unfortunately left it in the exposed sun on a plus 30C day and the side seam exploded. I was devastated. I did my best to repair it but it still leaks enough that I wanted to get a new board.
I again did the full exhausting task of researching all available brands and models to finding a new board. There are so many options out there.
I kept coming back to iRocker. I know there was quality issues a couple of years ago so I was reluctant.
However I just loved my board so much and didn’t want any other brand or make.
I feel confident that the past issues have been addressed.
I saw the website had a sale going on and I contacted customer service with some questions.
I talked to Kurstine in customer service with the Experience Team.
I was super happy with the quick response and helpful service.
I ended up buying the new Blackfin that day.
Kurstine was great and I can’t wait to receive my board.
Feel confident knowing you will receive a great high quality board that lasts years.

I placed an order for a replacement fin and unfortunately an incorrect item was sent. I reached out to the iRocker customer service team and received a response very quickly. They resolved the issue promptly and I was incredibly satisfied with the level of customer service. Thank you, Kurstine for the great support!

Within a short time after I reached out to IRocker, Brittany replied with a funny engaging message that let me know she heard my concern and that she was asking superiors to find out how they could help me. My IFloat had arrived with a hole near the handle.

Brittany was able to replace the IFloat and had the new one sent directly to my home in Canada.

The service was painless, prompt and to my satisfaction, I got the new IFloat before my grandchildren arrived for summer vacation.

The customer service was very appreciated.

We are happily back Afloat on the Water!

Board bursted after one day of use. I expect better from a "premium" product. My siblings cheap Amazon boards perform better at 1/4 of the price.

I had an issue with the shipping address on my order, and Kurstine fixed it for me within a few hours! Thank you to Kurstine and iRocker for being so great and easy to deal with!

I wouldn't ever buy again. I bought two boards and all the grab handles become brittle and wrip off. Not just one....every one. I reached out to them and they said sorry, but we can give you a $75 coupon to buy new ones.LOL Buy another brand....

Phone rep Karli researched where to find replacement pieces (fin and clip with tether security string) for my 2018 inflatable board. A cost-effective solution was found in aftermarket inventory and I've ordered the fin. Back on the water!

I really wanted to write a positive review because I loved using my iROCKER SUP, but unfortunately, after only two trips, there were many areas where the glue was failing, including the piece of vinyl that is the handle for carrying and that is glued to the main body. We just spent multiple hours and $80 on a glue kit from a raft company, hoping this solves the problem, but we are not very hopeful as it looks like many more places on the surface that you stand on are starting to fail.

I called iRocker, hoping they would help me out, but really all they did was tell me that I was out of warranty, not even offering me any constructive ways to deal with the problem, but rather suggesting that we had somehow mistreated the product. Yes, I was out of warranty, but the product had only been used on two trips and for probably no more than four or five hours of actual water time.

I bought three items online and one was added by error. I have been in contact with the customer service to get a cancellation and a refund on the added items. Kurstine reached out and help me. Super customer service and looking to receive the pump and the 10 float.

Quick response, good clarifying questions, detailed solution and even a “how to” . Brittany was excellent!

Contacted iRocker customer support about product recommendation. Brittany went above and beyond. Wonderful support.

I ordered a product from this company via their Amazon store as direct from their website was sold out. When my item arrived with a defective piece I was preparing for a hassle via an Amazon reseller but instead found that working with Kurstine in the customer service department was SO EASY! I sent a brief description with an image to them and less than 12 hours later they have shipped a replacement part at no charge. I'd be happy to shop with them again and would recommend this customer service team.

I had an issue with my paddle on the 3rd time out, it wouldn't click together. Don't know why, maybe the glue melted causing the inner piece to move... but Brittany at customer support was able to make it right by sending me a new paddle. She also advised me to make sure to dry before storing, which I had done, but I think water got into the interior. If it gets wet next time, I'll make sure to let it completely dry inside & out before putting away. Thank you for your superior service Brittany and iRocker!

We took our iROCKER Island out for the first time last weekend and were very impressed! The comfort and sturdiness exceeded our expectations, and it handled a full day on the water with no issues. It felt stable, well-built, and made for a great floating hangout spot.

My only complaint is that iROCKER doesn’t currently make koozies that work with the magnetic cup holders. Hopefully that’s something they add in the future because it would be the perfect finishing touch.

Overall, we’re extremely happy with our purchase and can’t wait for many more days on the water! 🌊☀️🍻

Quick response and extremely kind and helpful. A level of customer service that I have rarely run into, especially as a new first time customer. Would highly recommend purchasing through them to anybody interested in this type of equipment.

Unfortunately my hose broke on my pump but I’ve had it for years! They sent me the link for the new hose, ordered it and can get back on the water. Response was fast and had all the info I needed without having to search for what I needed. I love my iRocker and the support from customer service

Excellent communication from staff! Canada Post decided my package needed a 9 day layover, somewhere. CP informed me the package was likely lost in transit. As soon I notified iRocker (Thanks Brittany!) of the non moving package, the package was located by CP and delivered to my door within 2 days. Amazing!

I am looking forward to using my 8ft iLand on the lake this summer. I opened the box and the quality is top notch. Very happy.

I live on Okanagan Lake, the iLand will be getting lots of use and attention! Highly recommend iRocker. Definitely heading to iRocker for future purchases.
