Costumer Service was great, though I couldnt get a full refund Belinda was able to get me a 40% refund which is great. It was fast and easy and appreciated their help.

Vox Talker is an awesome product. The support is what I call old school. They are prompt, efficient and helpful. Although I am very computer literate, sometimes technology over runs me and every time I have reached out for help. They have been there. No 3-4-5 wait but often with in hours, at least once even on a weekend.

Worth my subscription.

I worked with Ray on a customer service request and the issue was addressed and resolved to my satisfaction very quickly. Ray personally listened to what I had to say and took care of the problem. I have to say, it’s not very often you see that kind of personal response and customer care. I was really impressed with both him and the company for taking the effort to make sure their customers are satisfied. I will definitely be a return user as a result and I HIGHLY recommend!!!!

The software and customer service are great. However, if you're using the latest version of iOS, you might experience some minor connection issues.
