Be careful
your opening question to me for this review is "What went wrong this time?" Which implies that you normally have problems with either your product or your support.
I originally purchase the head set on Amazon. But once I wanted more info about microphone I started working with your company directly, When the controller is placed on a shirt pocket, I could hear others but I heard my own voice very loudly. So someone there responded I shoiuld try the adjustable microphone, they provided a link and the description of the adjustable mic was the same for the fixed mic. not vary convincing that you can't add a few words to discuss the adjustment and/or show a picture showing how it adjusts.
Then there is a billing concern that I am currently trying to address. I asked about you association with a company that is showing up on my credit card "Dongguadx 5Q xx" your response to my question about this tells me if I used PayPal then this "this is perfectly fine" but if I used a credit card then the payment would be through IRoger Hearing. I used a credit card, I don't even have PayPal account. So now I have to get my Credit Card company to involved to fight the charges.
Then on top of the I did finally order the adjustable mic, quantity of one, got one a few days ago but received another today, so I assume I will need to deal this shortly.
