Extremely Bad Experiences!!!
Very poor service and „mis-describes“ lots „Fake Coins“ in their timed auctions. When a problem arises then you hear the excuses and they have one rule if you selling items and another rule if you are a buyer and want to return items that are incorrectly described aka Fake lots in their online timed sales. Clearly their rules will always be in their favour and their buddies! Our experience has been that If you use them to sell your items they place very low values to your lots in order to „attract bidders“ so we were told ( Seller Beware) the only loser will be you, not them or the person buying. (If you ever hear any auction place saying this to you walk away, you will only be the loser and you might as well give your item away to charity than let them sell your item for you) We lost a few thousand pounds using their supposed „knowledge“ on timed auctions. We will NOT ever be using them again. There are many other professional, experienced, ethical and knowledgeable auctions out there you just have to search hard to find one.
