So disappointing- ordered a dress which wasn’t cheap. Took ages to arrive then quality & colour were very low quality. Only option to return (after 3 chases) is to pay for expensive tracking postage to China with no guarantee of refund! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Stay away from this website, it is not London based and delivery is not by Royal Mail, I can only assume the reviews are fake because the ones that are showing are saying from 1 or 3 days ago, it had the exact same reviews more than 4 weeks ago when I was purchasing my dress! Unfortunately the dress was too big and not of good quality and it was most certainly not presented in the box as shown but arrived in a plastic bag, no labels or tags on it either! I don’t believe this website is UK/London based as my dress came from China and took over 3 weeks to be delivered! I am trying to return this dress, you have to email them for them to send you a return address, you have to pay for tracked return to China, this I found out via their website, I have emailed them 5 times yet still no reply, avoid this website!

Unfortunately, the item was not as advertised. The colours and overall appearance were very different from the photos on the website, and the quality felt quite inferior to what I expected.

I also discovered that returns have to be sent back to China, meaning expensive postage costs and potential customs charges, which makes returning the item not worthwhile. Very disappointing experience overall.

Please think twice before buying from this website.

I can’t believe that I fell for this awful website . I had looked for reviews but found none when I purchased a dress . The dress was nothing like the one pictured . It was very poor quality. The mother and daughter photograph is AI generated I suspect and gives a totally misleading feeling of it being a genuine website. Another Chinese scam

Took ages to arrive, dress nothing like photos, cheap quality, poorly made, too long. Emailed twice for return address. No reply. Return would be international. This is a scam. I definitely won't be wearing this dress.

Ordered two dresses under their buy one get a second heavily discounted took ages to arrive tracking was Yum Express arrived separately first one was ok not great but ok as a holiday / beach dress the other arrived couple of days later. Not at all as described the colour was red not pink and quality shocking. Tried to return to the address they gave me (had to email to find out returns policy) it was an individual person in an apartment block in China cost to return from UK was over £20. I wasn’t convinced I would get any money back from them and knew they would just give me the discounted £ if anything so wasn’t worth it. Shocking do not buy from this scam company

The reviews and images on this website are obviously fake.
The two dresses I ordered, after taking an age to arrive, are of terrible quality and absolutely nothing like the photos or descriptions on the website.
The fabric is cheap and poorly sewn; no brand name anywhere on the garments, just a cheap generic size label; and the dresses arrived in the kind of plastic bags I would expect from a cheap China-based brand.
Oh wait, on trying to return the items, guess where the return address is? Yep - China!
And apparently, I have to pay for the return to China by tracked postage/courier myself if I want them to even consider a refund.
