If I could have left no stars I would have. I bought 3 items but when I received them they didn’t fit/ poor quality so I tried to return them. Despite numerous emails all I kept getting back was an offer for credit valued between 20 -40 % with no return address. I kept requesting return address but they kept offering for me to keep the garments and a varying credit amount. Do not buy from them as you will never get a refund

Ordered a winter jumper that cist over £56 pounds after scrolling various sites. Should have read the reviews 🙄
A jumper of poor quality and not what I ordered turned up. Getting hold of someone to arrange a returns form is a nightmare! Just don't buy from this site.

My husband purchased a hard drive from this company and received a hard drive plastic case with no working parts, completely empty. Now trying to get a refund. The hard drive cost him £56.00 and they are now trying to avoid a refund and want the item returned at our expense. An obvious scamming company. Legal action now to get refund.

I purchased an SSD external drive as advertised on the web which arrived a week later , this drive was faulty and would not work, under there returns policy I should have had no issues . I sent several emails requesting a returns form, I received no response and when I rang there contact phone number I was told the number did not exist. On further investigation I found their address turns out to be a block of flats in Amsterdam .Another company also selling the same drives is called “vamosmode.com” who also have an address in Amsterdam . Examination of both websites are remarkable similar . There phone number also did not work , I am convinced these sites are run by the same individuals.
