Placed an order with them on the 10th of February 2026, The money was taken out of my account straight away and I have not had any response nor received my order , I have emailed and cannot get through to them!…. This company is a scam

Don’t use this company, you won’t get a refund if you return the item. Why are they still trading????

Do not use this Company. I was absolutely shocked when I received my dress , it looked like a 5 year old had made it ! I contacted the company and they gave me a UK address to send the package back to . I have since chased as I haven’t received a refund and the email address no longer exists . I am going to track this company via lawyers as this dress and the service are run by fraudsters . Please be aware !

I ordered nearly 6 weeks ago. I have tried emailing them but never get a reply. Jokers

Actually laughed when I opened the parcel! Very cheap looking clothes that look nothing like the pictures. Terrible mistake, as I have checked their website and you can’t return anything!

Isla London trades via Shopify and Shop and as a small business we have found to our detriment, they do not honour customer returns. Items are ordered from China under the pretence of being a London based company and drop shipped to buyers who cannot return or be refunded. This under UK consumer law is illegal as you have right to return for a refund within 30 days. DO NOT USE THEM as you will regret it and as a responsible store, we felt we should warn buyers. Platforms needs to remove them asap.

Total fraud of a company! Keeps your money and does not refund rubbish clothing that you can buy on cheap social media sites. Don’t trust and spend your money elsewhere

Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I was told that I could return an item, which i did and paid the postage costs involved, but they will not refund my money and are not responding to any email that I send them! Very very very poor. Do not buy from this company!

Saw the exact same items on Temu for a fraction of the price. When I posted this to their Facebook page, they deleted my comment and blocked me.

I’m very unhappy with this purchase. The clothing is poor quality, not as advertised and / or defective and nothing like what was advertised. It feels cheap and looks even worse after trying it on once.

The worst part is the return process. Even though the company presents itself as local, returns have to be sent all the way to China, and you have to pay for international shipping yourself. The cost is almost as much as the item, making a refund completely pointless. At this rate, you’d practically have to walk to China yourself just to get your money back.

This feels misleading and frustrating. Save yourself the hassle and don’t waste your money here. I definitely won’t be ordering again.

Bad quality item,completely different colour. And now had no contact trying to arrange a return. Completely scammed and ripped off £35 down the drain. Terrible company. AVOID!

Item arrived it was a bootleg; I'd ordered the original item again and the difference in quality is obvious

I should not have given any stars, shocking company avoid at all times, wish I had checked reviews first. Poor quality, nothing like the photo, fooled by it by being called Isla London. No chance of returning, Facebook are to blame for encouraging poor advertising

Update. I managed to get a full refund via my bank. Raise a dispute as they have mis sold - quality weave is not polyester and the claim money back guarantee is advertised. Reviews are fake. AVOID THIS COMPANY

ISLALONDON IS NOT IN THE UK.ITS A CHINESE COMPANY ONLY USING A UK EMAIL ADDRESS TO GET AROUND SCAMMING .STAY WELL CLEAR OF IT. CHEAP SHODDY RUBBISH THAT YOU ARE TOLD TO POST BACK TO CHINA.

Terrible, dress looks cheap and from camel to dark caramel they are calling a colour variation. Grey is a colour variation of black but if I order a black dress I want to receive a black dress.
They are just drop shipping from china.
Website says 100% guaranteed money back and that’s a lie.
They are offering 30% of my money back or I can choose another if they products and keep the dress! Guess why? Because it’s a cheap product and thank you but I’m disputing that with my bank.
Avoid this company!!!

Bought 2 blouses from what looked like a great photo. Absolute rags. This is a SCAM. No refund. Return postage £20 to £25. Threatening and persistent emails. AVOID and pursue a refund of the transaction under your Consumer Rights via your Credit Card or use Chargeback if you paid by Debit Card and ignore their emails when they threaten you.

SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Suspect Chinese company masquerading as British. Ordered a “dress” against better judgement for £40 and sent total rag, took weeks to arrive and company refused to refund and THREATENED me! Absolutely DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE
