I had a wonderful experience with…Malky
I had a wonderful experience with Island Supply Inc. I submitted an erroneous order which I had to rectify. Upon contacting the company, they were able to not only rectify my mistake, but they were able to correct my order and get it shipped within days. They handled the entire ordeal very politely and professionally. Malky was particularly helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this company. They will certainly have my business moving forward!

I telephoned to ask technical details of a product I was contemplating buying. Ms. Eva was very knowledgeable and helpful in describing the technology & also making sure I had the spec sheets so that I could dig deeper into the details. This gave me complete confidence that the product was right for my business-- and so I proceeded & ordered it! This level of help is pivotal for informed decision-making. Without this, it could've turned into a frustrating & expensive guessing game. Many thanks to Ms. Eva and team!
