TOTAL SCAM! Do no buy from this people. They will take your money, cancel your order but never refund it. Happening to a lot of people BUYER BE AWARE!!!

Ordered an item, over $5k then cancelled no refund. These people are scumbags.

These people are frauds and belong in jail!

As with many other frustrated buyers, I thought I got a great Black Friday deal, but it was too good to be true and I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Look elsewhere.

Fraudulent and illegal business practices! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will take your money, not provide the products, cancel orders themselves and then not provide a refund. After numerous attempts at requesting a refund for the canceled product (they initiated the cancellation) they told me (in writing!) to dispute the charge with my bank. STAY AWAY.

Terrible, I got a email saying my order was canceled 10 days after I purchased and they charge my card, I Still do not have a refund on my card and I can not get a hold of anyone via phone or email.

I ordered a sauna that was to be shipped in 3-5 days and when I called to find out eta Michael told me they were running behind and it would ship in 4 weeks at the earliest. I asked to cancel my order and to be refunded. I got an email that said I was refunded. That was 2 weeks ago, I was not refunded. They’re a scam. Chase is taking it from here. If you look up the physical address it’s a house! Don’t get scammed!

I purchased a sauna heater Harvia compact Vega from this company. It stopped working in less than 2 months. I called and emailed Isloo many, many times for help with NO return call or email. DO NOT BUY FROM ISLOO! No return or exchange possible. Zero stars!! Thanks for nothing!!!

This is a scam website, you cannot contact anyone there. They will not ship your product, you will have to dispute the charges with your credit card company.

I bought a CL3G Saunalife and was guaranteed a 2 week lead time. I got an email that it will now take 5-6 weeks. I tried to cancel but no reply from an email, phone call or text from Michael. I called my bank to get my money back. Now all the other sauna companies are no longer giving the Black Friday sale. Avoid Isloo Tech

​I am writing this review as a strong and urgent warning to anyone considering purchasing from Isloo Tech. My experience with them, specifically concerning a sauna purchase, was an absolute disaster from start to finish and I highly recommend that you stay far, far away from this company.
​I placed an order for a sauna through Isloo Tech. The order was accepted, and my payment was processed. However, that is where the professional service ended.
​I received zero communication regarding tracking or shipping updates. For 11 days, I tried repeatedly to get an update on my order. This involved multiple phone calls, emails, and persistent messages through their website's chat system.
​After nearly two weeks of chasing them for information, the order was suddenly and inexplicably canceled by Isloo Tech without any prior notice or communication to me. The reason provided in the cancellation note was an outright fabrication: "Canceled at the customers request." This is absolutely false. I did not request the cancellation; I was trying to track the order they had failed to ship.
​To date, a refund has not been issued. Isloo Tech has accepted my money, failed to deliver the product, falsely claimed I requested the cancellation, and is now withholding my funds.
​My Strongest Recommendation
​Do not make the same mistake I did. The lack of communication, the outright dishonesty regarding the cancellation, and the failure to issue a timely refund demonstrate a shocking level of disregard for the customer and basic business ethics.
​I strongly recommend no one ever purchase from Isloo Tech. Advise other customers to stay far away from this company. Save yourself the stress, the time, and the potential fight to get your money back.

DO NOT order from these people! I paid for a Harvia Cilindro 10.5kw sauna heater kit with a promise of 3-5 days to ship. I waited a few weeks....nothing. Next I received an email stating "due to peak season our lead times have increased to 5-6 weeks", please let us know if you'd like to wait or cancel your order. I replied that I was disappointed in the delay but please ship my order asap. Next, today, I received an email saying this: "Due to an issue with our payment processor, we are unable to process or receive payments and we are also unable to issue refunds directly at this time. To ensure you receive your funds back as quickly as possible, you may dispute the charge as "Item not received". We will accept the dispute so that you can get your money back.". What the actual hell?! I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to even TRY to get my money back. SCAMMERS! The topping on the cake? They have the EXACT kit I ordered for sale on their website RIGHT NOW like a trap set for the next person they can rip off.

I ordered a dynamic brand sauna from them over 2 weeks ago. Over a week after ordering they said it would now take 5-6 weeks to receive it, we said ok that’s fine. Then today I get an email where they claim their bank systems are down and they can’t provide refunds at this time, however they took my payment at the time I ordered. So they no longer want to provide a product, and they won’t provide a refund, they told me to dispute it to my bank. This is absolutely ridiculous and screams fraud! Do NOT buy from them! They are scamming people and it’s beyond disappointing because I even verified them on the BBB

Scam-like experience. Order paid, never shipped, then canceled with no communication. Support ignores messages. Avoid Isloo Tech USA — do not trust this seller.

Scam. They bait you in with prices too good to be true, tell you 2 week delay, then after that delay they tell you another 5-6 weeks, and they then tell you their card processor is locked and they cannot do any refunds so you should contact your bank.

I ordered a Dynanic Gracia sauna in May and the backrest advertised as a $100 value was included for free with the promotion they were running at the time. When the sauna arrived everything was packed correctly and all parts were present and new however the backrest was no where to be found. I called the company right away and Michael told me that the backrest was on back order and they would ship it out as soon as it was back in stock. That was 7 months ago and I still haven’t received it. I spoke with Micheal about a week ago now and he told him to give him 24 hours to look into it and he would get back to me. I haven’t heard back and he isn’t picking up the phone and no call back after several messages. I sense that the business is on the shadier side of things as the professionalism clearly isn’t there. I called Dynamic Sauna directly and they said that they no longer do business with isloo tech USA due to fraudulent activity.

I bought a SaunaLife from Isloo Tech USA. When I was trying to buy it they were jonny on the spot to respond. When I had questions about the sauna after purchasing it literally ZERO people from this company will call me back. Ive texted multiple times, called and left messages and emailed twice as well. Due to their complete lack of responding I have asked for a refund but I havent seen this and its been 5 days. I called, emailed and texted days about for someone to call me about this and as usual no one is reaching out. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A TOTAL JOKE.

Thought I got a great deal during Black Friday. Spoke with "Michael," the rep who insured and promised a good deal. Once the order was placed, crickets. Then, when asking for updated shipping or tracking, I was told the new lead time is an additional 5-6 weeks due to "unforeseen circumstances". I have passed along with the attorney general and the Minnesota Dept. of Commerce. Also, the address on my credit card statement does not match the one on the site. It is 1291 WEST BROADWAY AVE FOREST LAKE, MN 55025 which is comes up as a run down AmericInn by Wyndham.

This website is a total scam. The prices looked crazy low and now I know why. Something felt sketchy so I contacted the sauna manufacturer directly and they told me this site is not an authorized dealer at all. They said other people have been fooled too.

I already disputed the charge with my bank. These guys are straight up trying to take people’s money. Be careful, this is a fraudulent site.

I've been in the market for an infrared sauna and have been tracking prices of a specific model across various vendors. When I contacted the chat support for Islootechusa with questions and a concern about the transparency of their pricing (claiming the sauna was discounted 37% from a price of $8995, when the sauna has *never* been $8995 on their site, the sales rep attempted to gaslight me and then ended the chat very rudely when presented with the facts.
