I've had a great support by ISN Teams in solving some troubles

Zack is very helpful and explains where to find the documents we need to support the Eaton contract, how to navigate the portal more effectively and explaining the new training requirements we have been given. I don't use the portal very often so I'm not familiar with it and the requirements are not always logical to me.

Quick to pickup and answered my questions quickly. Recommend calling the customer service number if you ever need help. They make things easy.

ISNetWorlds training portal user interface is awful and they should be embarrassed. Courses don't work in Edge and are buggy in Chrome. The problem appears to be poor coding in the courses themselves. It takes 3 times as long and lots of restarts and to complete a simple course due to their dismal website.

Overcharge for safety reporting. They ask for manuals, policy and insurance information. Ask them how many job sites they visit?

I would give 0 stars if I could. It is the most complex and not user intuitive. They force you to pay for this tool and it is a literal nightmare.

Incredibly difficult to navigate. I've never come across a website that is so difficult to find anything. If you don't have to use it, don't. SAP Ariba is so much better. I cannot stress enough at just how bad ISNetworld is to navigate.

Useless compliance theatre.
As vendor for a bigger company we had to register, this costs thousands of euros. The service provived is useless and not even close being worth the money. You are forced to upload a bunch of documents depending on the region in English (which as German company we have to translate beforehand! No German language support at all!). The review process is half hearted, best guess is that there are (if even) cheap laborers searching for keywords in the document, if not present rejecting it with standard phrases. They fail to read documents with english translations directly in the docs and even highlighting the exact points does not help due to incompetence of the reviewers.
The scoring system is useless and made to extort the customers of the system who need an A or B ranking to be "recommended" as supplier at all.
Getting exeptions is hard because not ISNetworld cares for the proper follow up and communication with the customer requiring the compliance, you have to do it by yourself.
What are we even paying for?

Wenn wir weniger als einen Stern vergeben könnten, dann würden wir das tun. Wir mussten bei ISNetworld Kunde werden, um unseren Auftraggeber nicht zu verlieren. Unser Auftraggeber hat die Firma ISNetworld als Subunternehmen engagiert, um den Sicherheitssstatus Ihrer Lieferanten zu prüfen und zu verwalten. In Amerika und Kanada scheint das auch zu funktionieren, egal was es kostet. Allerdings ist die Firma ISNetworld an den deutschen Markt alles andere als gut angepasst. Die Dienstleistung, wenn man das so überhaupt nennen kann, ist unverschämt teuer. Die Gegenleistung ist ein Scherz. Der Internetauftritt ist miserabel. Intuitiv ist dort gar nichts. Die Übersetzung in die deutsche Sprache nur stellenweise vorhanden. Eine Mischung aus englisch und deutsch kunterbunt aufgemacht. Alle Kommunikation mit ISN funktioniert nur über deren Kontaktportal, mann bekommt aber keine Zusammenfassung der gesendeten Nachricht, diese muss man vorher per Screenshot sichern, ein Witz. Die Mails von ISNetworld mit den wöchentlichen "Erinnerungen" kommt nur in englischer Sprache. Man muss Personal zur Bearbeitung binden, die der englischen Sprache mächtig sind, wenn man das denn hat. Die Internetseiten sind derart langsam, dass man eigentlich eine Rechnung an ISNetworld versenden müsste wegen unangebrachtem Zeitaufwand. Man kann per Mail auch nicht mit ISNetworld kommunizieren, es gibt keine Mail-Adresse. Alle von denen verschickten Mails werden mit "noReply-Adressen" versendet, also keine Antwort möglich. Zu dem muss man als Auftraggeber auch dort zahlungspflichtiger Kunde sein, um Lieferanten zu finden im Portal. Aber davon gibt es in Deutschland nur sehr sehr wenige. Fazit: Für den deutschen Markt überflüssig und passen sich dem deutschen Markt auch nicht ausreichend an, selbst in den einfachsten Dingen. Sehr teuer und daher unbrauchbar. Es gibt in Deutschland auch nur eine Hand voll Firmen, die ISN benutzen. Daher total uninteressant und schlecht in Ihrer Dienstleistung. Dann lieber genormte und staatliche Zertifizierungen benutzen.
Einzig positiver Nebeneffekt (dazu benötigt man aber ISN nicht): man beschäftigt sich mit dem Thema Arbitssicherheit und arbeitet Defizite auf.
