Bad, just bad

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Very unprofessional and careless service. Did not receive my package and lost my money. Basically, they just stole my money.
After18 months of emails exchange with their customer service, they told me that they are sorry and their policy doesn’t allow them to refund me. What a joke. Thinking about taking them to a small claim court!

Recently received my MCK for my Taurus G3c and everything is great quality wise, my only problem with this company is their customer service. There is no way to call or text and their email service is, on a good day, able to answer 1 email a day. I had to resort to coming here and leaving a review in order to receive a more in depth answer but other than problems listed, great products.

Made am order one month ago and never got it. Now I am struggling to get my refund. If you buy here, use PayPal

I have been waiting for my package for 44 days, IDS refers me to USPS. But they never received a package. This appears to be a scam.

On Google I have the review with screenshots and tracking ID of my package as proof as well as the email from IDS. My parcel was sent as priority mail and should be with me in 4-15 working days. Customer service is slow to respond and doesn't address the problem at all. Today is April 3rd and I haven't heard anything.

I wish I can give them 0 star.. I ordered @ 3/3//2024, but as today, 4/2/2024, I have not seen the merchandise leave Israel yet.
It took 3 weeks for them to ship.

I ordered a package at 24November, i get it today…
I pay extra for the shipping, and fortunately i pay an insurance for it…
The courier and the whole IDS are the slowest on the planet…
No direct communication, you have to write a mail, they send it again to their team… wasting of plenty time…
I don’t know what would happened, if i don’t pay the insurance…
The KTF shoulder rig was 22$, they can’t send it because the lost one was the last one… next time i think i would not get it in this price because of out of stock status…
The other items not so bad, but there are little scratches on them…
Next time i order nothing from here…
I look for true professional websites…

In case, TEMU is a cheap chinese gadget website… they ship world wide free, if you order above 10 $…. And you took the package in 14 days!!!!!!!
And they take full responsibility for the full package in case if it’s lost, stolen or damaged without extra fees!!!!!!

Professional sites in similar situations, send little gifts, coupons, or some kind of extra things…

Sorry IDS, it was a nightmare for me…

Never received any product because of customs problems, now I have to pay repackaging fee and the shipping costs for nothing!

Hi all I have purchased two different items from IDS and found them, very helpful and made sure, I purchased and receive the correct order, I have read some reviews saying it took a long time to arrive, mine took a week, but it spent 2 days in customs, the USA takes up to 10-12 day depending on what you purchased, thank you and it looks real cool, fits just great joe riley

Bad customer support, took days of back and forth for them to agree to a full refund return. Bad quality product, would not recommend.

ODERED one part on Jan.10,2023. Money came out of my account fast enough. Jan. 14,2023 one email said shipped. I emailed Feb. 6,2023 because the LACK OF COMMUNICATION. IDS replied Feb.7,2023 and said my order fell in Crack. We will ship it out in a few days. Today is Feb. 15,2023 called (3) times started conversation( 3) times and they hung up on me. A few minutes later I recieve a call from IDS, hard time hearing and understanding what languages were all being used. Had enough of the TOTAL BS FROM IDS and requested FULL REFUND.
COMMUNICATION IS THE BACKBONE OF ANY BUSINESS. THIS COMPANY HAS NO BACKBONE. BUYERS BEWARE.

I paid and received nothing. Company never refunded me or delivered my items. SCAM! Do NOT shop here.
