Sent an item back to the seller and they are refusing to collect it from the post office and give me a refund.

Edit: Refund finally issued after 4 months. Adjusted to three stars

Now I have my third ISUDAR radio (first PX30, second H53, now V72). The first radio is great, the second one too, but the V72 is a dud. Can't display reversing camera, can't connect bluetooth to phone or OBD, can't use phone at higher speeds, microphone is bad and external doesn't work either. The only thing that works is the steering wheel controls. When communicating with "KIMI" and looking for a solution (for about 3 months now), it keeps sending me hints that are not compatible with the radio. When I mention that I want to claim the radio, no response.... This is the end of ISUDAR for me and I will spread this negative experience further...

Bought isudar h53 unit for vw passat with dash cam and backup camera. Backup camera came faulty with lines over screen and it was bw. Dash camera didn't won't connect to mobile phone so that's a bust also. After week or so in car, motherboard died. No guarantee whatsoever so i bought new motherboard and install it myself. With China manual, so you can guess what a easy job that was. 20 days later lcd broke so another 100$,and then afeter 15-20 days motherboard went out again. All in all over 500$ lost on this piece of s. I cut my losses and throw it in garbage.

no support, emails are not answered, warranty is a facade because no return address is visible, poor device documentation, poor firmware driver availability on the homepage, I recommend paying with Paypal if possible because of the buyer protection.

Edit: 21.11.22 in the meantime, the Isudar radio is defective, the touchscreen can no longer be operated. Although I have warranty, no one answers at Isudar. The Alieexpress seller does not help either and refers to the Isudar site. I can only advise against Isudar.

Autoradio isudar per alfa romeo mito acquistata dal loro store ufficiale aliexpress in gennaio 2020. La radio, installata correttamente, dopo 1 mese di utilizzo comincia a non funzionare, si spegne continuamente e si blocca, inutilizzabile. Dopo NUMEROSE richieste di sostituzione, che in PIENA GARANZIA LEGALE sono state ignorate, mi inviano una nuova scheda madre affinché la sostituisca io. Non hanno servizio tecnico in Italia, quindi chiedono al cliente di aggiustare la radio, totalmente scorretto. Accetto perché ho maneggevolezza e per evitare di perdere altro tempo, e sorpresa, la scheda madre è diversa e più grossa della precedente quindi sono costretto a rimuovere il lettore CD per farla entrare. Ma non è un grosso problema, tanto non uso i CD. Risultato, la radio funziona per un altro mese e poi l'audio comincia a grattare, il touch non funziona più, punto e a capo, radio inutilizzabile. INNUMEREVOLI richieste di sostituzione "non capite", ancora, sempre NEL PIENO DELLA GARANZIA LEGALE. Dopo molta fatica e insistenza (parlo di settimane di messaggi e video inviati), mi offrono di inviare la radio in cina affinche loro me la aggiustino: 45 euro di invio e se gli arriva, dovrei ripagare anche la spedizione indietro ed eventuale dogana. Ovviamente invio in Cina, riparazione e ritorno si parla di almeno 2 mesi e mezzo di tempo, senza avere la certezza di avere la radio riparata. Quindi radio inutilizzabile, buttata e 300 euro buttati. Una vergogna, per una compagnia che si presenta come una compagnia seria.

Consiglio: andate su una autoradio di marche note e con assistenza tecnica in ITALIA, non fatevi abbindolare dell'estetica, se non volete buttare i vostri soldi. Se avessi avuto tempo avrei già coinvolto il mio avvocato per intraprendere azioni legali.

Avoid this website at all cost. Ordered radio and dab+ adapter, paid through PayPal. After 4 days of order confirmation, status still says not fulfilled. I send the message asking what's wrong, why aren't they sending it? Agent replies they don't have the 64g unit, but if I pay additional 44$, they will send me the 128g model. After some discussion with the agent, i decided i would like to cancel the order completely. They say ok, they will return the money in 2-5 days. It's day 6 today, still no money on my Paypal account.... 350$.... Now i have to report this to Paypal and wait for their decision..... Terrible terrible experience.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered a car multimedia unit, however a faulty unit was received. Isudar customer service is non existent, their 2 year warranty claim is false advertising as they never fixed or replaced the unit. As previous reviewer mentioned, they asked me to take the unit apart and solder it myself! Of course this is very clever as would immediately invalidate the warranty. DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Excellent experience

What a terrible experience! They sent a faulty unit and instead of replacing or refunding they just asked the same questions over and over again. They asked me to solder new parts onto the unit and replace the mainboard myself! I have never seen anyone go to such lengths to avoid responsibility.

I asked and discussed with them thru online chatting (Chinese website) about DSP06 and they gave a good response at their time. Then I bought at May 25 and got shipment information on June 1 with tracking number, but it untraceable (fake tracking number ?). Then I asked to them on Jun 7 and got information that item was unavailable, and they gave 2 options cancel or change into another type with additional payment. I choose cancellation. But until now Jun 15, 2021 I still haven't received any information regarding the refund

I ordered radio and camera in germany. The RAdio came from germany, the camera from china. The radio did not meet my expectations, so I asked for the address to return it. Unfortunately, I have not received this even after weeks. Therefore I send the radio and camera back to the sender address on the package. The receipt of the goods was confirmed to me, but I am still waiting for my money. Very annoying. Customer service looks different.

Update: After writing on Trustpilot they refunded €312 of € 360. No explanation why they kept 40 €

Ho comprato lo stereo e dopo 2 settimane ne ho chiesto il rimborso, perchè non riuscivo a far funzionare tutti i comandi al volante.
Sono stati gentili, ma mi hanno chiesto di spedire il pacco in cina.
Risultato: mai ritirato alla dogana da loro e non può ritornare in Italia.
Inoltre non si fanno sentire, non rispondono e cancellano OGNI mia recensione.
Pessimi, dei veri ladri, ho perso i soldi dell'autoradio ed anche della spedizione.
Sconsigliato.

I bought the radio and got lots of help from Kim, to be sure of everything that needs to be.

I have chosen EU warehouse but have been surprised that they sent me the power cable for it from China. Now I have the Radio without any Power Cable. If I had not asked them about it myself, I would not have received this information either.

A bit bad, waiting indefinitely for delivery of the Canbus box and the cables.
