Excellence in Motion — Trenitalia
We've just spent six weeks traveling throughout Italy using Trenitalia. I was thoroughly impressed. Brilliant customer service
I had problems booking on line, and contacted the customer service dept, late at night, who made a couple of suggestions. After further unsuccessful attemts we cracked the problem the next morning, and there were delightful, personal exchanges between customer service representative and me...very human!
