ITIcapital totally inept. Took my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman who upheld my complaint and was awarded £500.

Still waiting to be paid though and still can't sell my shareholding held by them.

Trying to get in touch via all means available to get my money back (phone, email) - no response...If anyone knows how to get in touch, please let me know. Has anyone tried visiting their office in the City?

What an awful & incompetent company they have been to deal with. Like many ex-SVS customers it took me many months and a serious amount of time to finally sell off and get my money out. I sold rather than transfer (at a loss) as one person I finally got through to suggested it would be easier and quicker to do that! I can’t tell you how many times I had to send the same information to them to get my cash. I still have some FTSE stocks with them which I still haven’t managed to sell. For some reason, despite them being a FTSE 100 stocks, ITI informed me that I couldn’t trade them electronically as they are ‘not UK listed’ (I kid you not). They insisted that I call their dealing team to trade them…well, anyone who’s tried speaking to the dealing team (or anyone for that matter) or waited for a call back will know how that went, despite trying many times. I’ve given up now, it’s just not worth the stress. Goodness only knows what they have been doing with my dividends but I’ve never seen any in my two accounts. I feel so sorry for people who have significant funds tied up with them, particularly now the FCA have finally seen sense and closed their shady operation down in the UK. Like many others I still believe there should be a full investigation into Leonard Curtis - how on earth did their due diligence checks conclude that ITI were a fit company to transfer our assets too, something definitely doesn’t feel right there in my humble opinion.

This company should have a minus stars option! I was caught up in the SVS debacle with cash & shares locked for well over a year!
After transferring without option to ITI Capital I realised very quickly how bad the company is!
I've learned there are even bigger cowboys than John Wayne! Locked now in a transfer out to a reputable firm.

I am disappointed and frustrated with ITI. As one of the transferred SVS customers I still have not been able to withdraw my cash or trade my shares on any ITI platform.

Often my contacts are ignored, sometimes we go through convoluted labyrinths like earlier this year when they decided my account had been cancelled and had to open another one. Even after all that, I was able to log on and see my portfolio, but not to trade or withdraw. I recorded all the user names account codes and password, but now even that ability to see my account has gone away again.

Meanwhile, they have been deducting fees each month, fees with no corresponding service. SVS did not charge just to hold cash and stocks.

Last month (late July) ITI wrote to say it is dumping me and all other retail clients, in an email from an address beginning "offboarding". This is before I have ever been "onboarded" in a secure way that allows me to make trades!

In contrast, in June 2020, Rahul Agarwal, Managing Director for Private Clients UK at ITI said: “We are thrilled to welcome the SVS client base to ITI and we are confident that we will be able to deliver a much superior proposition at a competitive price to the client base. These clients will be able to trade almost any asset class, globally, all via a single online platform. Our advisory service is a true hybrid model where we plan on leveraging technology to offer a customised as well as an automated advisory service. All of this accompanied with our commitment to brilliant customer service."

What happened? Over two years of broken promises. I fear we will have to go through another liquidation before I get my cash and stocks. No one should trust these guys.

I was first informed that ITI would cease retail client business via email on the 18th August. I had to either liquidate and close my account or transfer to another broker by the end of the month (13 days).

I’ve sent numerous emails both to the address provided and to others on my account statements, trying to organise a transfer, without reply. I’ve also called every phone number, all of which are unavailable except for the London reception which has a recorded message without any instruction.

ITI has provided no infrastructure to enable clients to close / transfer their accounts in a very short time. The email said all holdings will be liquidated after the 31 August deadline. It seems highly likely that this will be done without further contact. The obvious concern, apart from how professionally this is done, is what will happen to the proceeds, which should be in a segregated account.

I have reported the situation to the FCA today. However, I got no sense that they will act with any urgency. Quite the opposite in fact as the only person you get to speak to is purely there to collect information and pass it on. I see the FCA ordered ITI to cease trading in June. Clearly there’s been no monitoring of ITI since to ensure clients are looked after and their money returned.

I have a few thousand pounds of stock in my account. I imagine others have much more. It seems likely that we will be forced to standby and watch our money be stolen.

If anyone has been able to close or transfer their account, or have any information that might help, could they please let me know.

I have tried to transfer my assets to my Lloyds share dealing account, only for Lloyds to tell me they cannot accept a transfer due to "security risks we've identified which prevent us from corresponding and sharing customer information with this company"
I have tried to phone all three numbers with no success( one even tells you in Russian it is not in service )
I have sent numerous emails to get a response to the Lloyds notification from ITI but have been ignored I can't trade my holdings and have no clue about what is happening, this feels a lot like the SVS debacle

ITI CAPITAL have emailed stating they are closing retail side of UK business. With option given to withdraw or transfer holdings. I immediately called and emailed the details given to request my share certificate to be issued to me for a delisted share. I was told back in March, May and June this was possible.

Upon calling ITI after receiving zero confirmation that my request has been processed I called ITI Capital. Each time I spoke to agents who firstly had zero understanding share dealing, my request and unable to read out a script given to them in English.

Each time the agents stated that they would get the account management team to action the request and send me an email by close of day to confirm the action has been taken. However each day no email received and I called back each day to be told they will email and will action the request. The customer service is atrocious and I've had one agent on multiple calls that failed to follow through on her promise Uyang/Uyana were the name she gave.

I will wait next week before taking this with the FCA.

What a shower theses people are. After the transfer from SVS I still have no Phoenix access. My request for log in info is answered in Russian. Emails are unanswered and now time is running out before the closure deadline. I just wonder when the authorities are going to get hold of these people and force them to act professionally. Going to be interesting to see what happens when I’m can’t sell my stockholding and they close my account.

They have had my pension money for nearly two years and I still can’t get hold of it. Avoid at all costs.

This company appears shoddy, miss-managed and totally amateur. There was even a spelling mistake on their home page for a long while. I would avoid at all costs.

Like many, I became a client after SVS folded (2 years ago). The whole process and management of the accounts has been faulty and ITI never answers emails nor the phone.
I've been attempting to withdraw all my funds unsuccessfully thus far... but well keep trying (inc. a complaint in the FCSA)

Eventually the FCA stepped in and closed Crapital down. It took the FCA way too long, probably trying to give them the benefit of the doubt?

Sadly I was one of the SVS Securites customers who got pushed into moving to ITI Capital, if I had known then how appalling they are I would have ensured my account was transferred elsewhere. Not sure what game Leonard Curtis were on but something stinks.

My onboarding took months, but then after several more months and numerous chasing emails I still do not have an operational Phoenix brokerage account I can use, so my shares are sat there at the mercy of the markets and I can do nothing about it while they continue to charge me small fees for the priviledge.

I have been asked several times for the same documentation which I keep providing and reminding them they already have, and all I get in return is fob off emails saying its been passed to the team to sort out. I feel like I'm banging my head on a wall. I've now submitted a complaint to the FOS.

I expect I will see here their standard reply as have all the insane amounts of negative reviewers.

If anyone is willingly thinking of choosing this company please don't, find someone reputable instead

Appalling customer service. ITI have paid monies owed to me from a transaction to a fraudulent account this is due to their negligence and not following their own basic procedures. So far they have refused to correct their mistake leaving me no choice but to now report them to the FCSA

Jacqueline and David Beaumont. I am preparing to file a legal action against ITI Capital. The reason is simple. ITI phones never worked, dealing desk nowhere to be found when tried to sell securities, emails not answered, formal complaints never resolved, ITI didn't make effort to provide service. FCA restrictions on its register pretty much spells out what ITI were up to. Placed an effective blockade on withdrawing assets and cash by withdrawing means of communication ITI made use of clients' funds and assets for bolstering their own flailing business while selling clients data. Like many others my details were also passed onto Claims Management company without my consent while ITI claimed to be working hard to process transfers, all in exchange for commission, while I suffered losses of thousands of pounds. ITI had no means for settlement of securities (confirmed by clearance house) when they were forced to act under regulatory action and/on a threat of legal injuction from my solicitor. that's months after they were instructed by myself, my legal representative, administrator, receiving broker. [ITI Capital, No need to reply with your generic apology]

Should you feel that maybe they have improved after "teething issues" I can confirm that they have been, & continue to be consistently useless.

We are attempting to withdraw some cash, & it is very difficult, & taking a long time.

The most useless company that I have ever dealt with. I am a former SVS client whose account was automatically transferred to ITI. I have spent more than a year trying to transfer my account from this bunch of cowboys to a proper, trustworthy company. The process is STILL ongoing and ITI is now demanding that I pay £25 per line of stock to make the transfer because the transfer is now outside of their grace period for SVS clients. That is entirely YOUR FAULT ITI. If you'd made the transfer when I first requested it and had acted upon my multiple follow up calls and correspondence then the transfer would have been completed many months ago. You are an absolute disgrace of a company. I am currently in discussion with my legal team about how best to get my money away from you. I am unwilling to waste any more time or effort in attempting to engage with you directly.

I was transferred to this company from SVS. The online system is, quite frankly, nothing short of terrible. I have sent a complaint email as half of my holdings just disappeared. I will probably end up refering my complaint to the financial ombudsman if necessary. This company is literally a joke. If you value what you have, then I strongly advise to stay away.
