FRAUD COMPANY!!!!!!
Paid for goods but only half of the items was sent. They said that could consider a refund but after that they never replied or made any refund. SCAM!!!!!

Fraud Company. Company is being owned by Yves Kristensen & he doesn't have any goods to offer you. Please refrain paying him advance. We paid this company an advance of $1812 USD & after getting payment he started avoiding us & blocked on WhatsApp & never shipped goods.

I would like to share my personal experience with this company. I had paid an advance for certain goods, but the items were not shipped to me. After I requested a refund, communication from the company stopped, and I am no longer receiving responses on WhatsApp. Based on my experience, I advise others to exercise caution and ensure you pay to this company only after getting your goods.

I found a cheaper Cisco switch elsewhere, but IT-Nation matched the price and shipped it via DHL next-day-unbelievably professional.

We placed order #A2400732 on 18/07/2024 for a WiFi bridge, reference AF60-LR, with this supplier. Following this order, a pro forma invoice (no. 101210) was sent to us, and we paid the amount of €1037 by bank transfer. We then received an order confirmation dated 23/07/2024, stating that delivery would take place within 6 to 8 days.

However, despite numerous follow-ups, we have received no further communication, and our order has, of course, never been delivered.

We have submitted the case to the authorities to assert our rights.

They say they didn't exist in july 2024, but don't you find strange that they share the exact same name, email address, postal adress, and activity with our scammers ? How would we even know about them if we didn't have this issue ?
We've sent numerous tracked letters that they received, emails, AND we've been in contact with their online chat, which stopped answering our messages as soon as we started asking for a refund.
They're obviously lying, I mean, why would we even want to discredit a foreign company, if we never had any contact with them ?
Update :
They busted their previous company in december 2024 and created a new one, so they don't have ton honor their commitments. So I stand my ground, they're scammers. Our contacts that I cited in a previous comment, still work there. I keep any information available to anyone who will need it.

They've kept on trying to take my review down, but TrustPilot confirmed that my comment wasn't defamatory, TWICE, since we had proof that the previous company that scammed us was the same, as the one they re-opened had almost the same name, and the same informations (same address, same staff, etc). They succeeded taking my review down the third time because I had given the names of every person we were in contact with, who still work in the new company. Why would they have flagged my comment for giving personal informations, if it was a brand new company with a new staff ?? See ? I'm not lying !

Update following their answer :
Stop pretending you're a totally different business ! In my previous review, I listed all the names that we were in contact with in the so-called "other company", and you flagged it because it gave private informations. Those people that wer were in contact with, were the exact same ones that still work in the new company. You're fooling no one. I keep the names and info available to anyone who's interested, justice, fooled clients, anyone.

My comment is in no way defamatory, we've been scammed by you.

By the way, I wrote to you a week ago or so (Company name : Entela) by chat, and the guy that answered said it was "in process". So, why would a new company say that our refund is on the way, whereas anonymous you, whoever you are, keep saying that it's a brand new company that has no ties with the former one (while they have the same name, same staff and same address) ?

Flag my review as you want, I'll keep posting, the people deserve to know.

They are scammers. They get money in advance for the order. But they didn’t deliver the items. They promised that they will deliver the item with 6-8 days. But three weeks are past, till they didn’t yet.

SCAMMERSS! These are scammers. We previously ordered something from this company, but they do not deliver. They keep stringing you along, saying it’s coming, but they will never deliver. Be careful! Do not buy anything here. SCAMMERS! The comments below are also fake! You can tell because they were all created around the same time.

Looks like a scam. Item paid and never received. When trying to reach back, they stopped completely to communicate. Avoid at all costs!

Scam, 9.999 EUR defrauded, now going to report. Advanced payment and merchandise never sent. Excuses all the time.

We have just bee defrauded by this company for over 20k Euros. They take payment but do not fulfil the order. We are making a police report as per other reviews.

Attenzione Truffatori ci siamo accordi che abbiamo bonificato non pochi euro a questo e- commerce e dopo un mese e mezzo mai arrivato materiale , un attenta analisi ha fatto si che venivamo a conoscienza che sono truffatori , non comprate

They are asking for prepay and then never shipping the goods.

I made a cyber fraud report to the police.

I'm back with an update.......

After almost a month and after I insisted with emails, i received the ordered products .
Terrible, don't buy anything from this company. A real nightmare to work with them. SCAMMERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

High ALERT !!!
They take upfront payment and after payment they said we have no stock, When ever we asking to refund the money they shared the Fake TT Copies. All the people within this company are involve in fraudulent activities. We are filling a case with them with Denmark Police. If any one is victim file a case against with them ASAP.

Scammers, do not fall for it. Did not refund me after claiming the product was out of stock and couldn't be delivered.

Their reply last Dec 2024 is exactly what can be expected from these SCSMMERS.
NO delivery was ever made and never will be.
The local police have an ongoing investigation into this SCAM operation.
NEVER order anything from them.
I was lucky to get my money refunded via CC Chargeback.

I now realise these are SCAMMERS.
They appear very professional with a large team.
They appear to process my order and then for over 2 months made excuses and then wanted to do a refund to my bank account which I had not used as I used a credit card. I now need to contact the credit card company to request a refund.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE

Ordered a projector that was for sale and received confirmation of order. The following day I received an email telling me it was sold out. I ended up buying a different make/model that was around the same spec and €49 euro more expensive. IT-Nation agreed to supply the more expensive projector at the original price.

Rwandan Scam company. Be aware.
They are asking for prepay and then never shipping the goods. Head of the scam is the company owner. He is known to the police in Aalborg already for multiple fraud.
