I needed a business visa for India super fast. I went to the NY location and the rep checked all my docs for completeness and told me about the VIP service. I handed him my passport with docs and got it back 5 days later. Perfect.

My experience. I went online and realized I may be out of time. I opted to add the Concierge service where I met Chelsea through email and telephone. In a few words: Professional, straight up facts, and then a full email explaining to me how to go about processing my Visa request.

I did not expect my Visa for at least another week and this morning it arrived. Relief on my part, and it would not have been possible without ItsEasy Passport & Visa Services

I Went to it's easy to get a visa for VIetnam. While it's not necessary to spend $69 for the service (I have friends who got their visas by following online instructions through the embassy) it's peace of mind that you are getting it done correctly. I ended up with a 3 month visa costing $100 instead of a 1 month visa costing $80 for a 2 week visit, but there didn't seem to be an option for 1 month when I submitted my application. When I asked It's Easy about it after the fact, they explained that Vietnam had changed their requirements more frequently than usual, and there had been some confusion keeping up. However they rebated me the difference unprompted. I was very impressed with the prompt, thoughtful customer service and would recommend It's Easy if you are not comfortable applying on your own.

My family and I have been traveling back and forth to China for over 20 years, and have used this service for most of the visas we have needed. I recently had another great experience with your Boston office, and particularly want to thank Michelle for all the help she provided. I recommend you folks highly.

The daunting process of obtaining a visa for China was made effortless by "ItsEasy!" We obtained our visas in plenty of time with a minimum of fuss.

Good news: I received the Visa in a timely manner.
Concern: We found out about necessary information after submitting the application despite having multiple conversations and explanations prior to submitting the application. One or two of the critical information did not come up until another person at ItsEasy reviewed the application. That should not be the case. It could've delayed the submission enough to having to withdraw the application.

They truly were wonderful, fast and reliable. They communicated well throughout the whole process. It was handled promptly and professionally. Great experience.

Getting our visas via ItsEasy was a positive experience. Employees were responsive and clearly explained the process. It was a quick turnaround in receiving the actual visas.

After speaking with Gate 1 Tour several times, we were never told to bring an itinerary to obtain our visas. I really didn't believe I could have received my Indian Tourist Visa without a resubmission, but for the intervention of Bryan Hill.
