Do not bother choosing this company for Wi-Fi! Unfortunately we had to go with one that was similar to BT prices although we are told their Wi-Fi is exceptional. Far better than BT in their own words!!! ITS FAR FROM EXCEPTIONAL. It’s laggy, cuts off for hours without explanation, you can’t reach anyone and no one wants to bother dealing with you.
Apparently BT allow OFNL to use there lines but OFNL Will not allow BT to do the same. Honestly if we could honestly use BT again we’d be so happy they were great and always fixed the problem, no laggy and fast speeds for little price.
THIS IS JUST A JOKE! MAY ASWELL HAVE NO INTERNET TO BE HONEST. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY FOR INTERNET!

Literally ignore my previous review ! I only did a nice one for a months free WiFi ! The truth is their WiFi is shocking constantly down always lagging they never help ! They are useless ! Never ever go with these providers ! You don’t believe me ? Try for your self this isn’t a bad review because of anything else other then how useless there WiFi actually is do not touch this company ! STAY WELL AWAY !

We had a bit of difficulty at the start but it wasn’t Itsfibre’s fault it was due to the ONFI box being the wrong box installed. However, Itsfibre did all they could to help resolve the issue as quickly as they could and we have had good service since and the quality of the internet has been excellent. We would definitely recommend anyone to use this company

This is the worst service I have ever had. For a week or more the internet service keeps dropping out. When I report it I am met with very nice people from tech support who achieve nothing to resolve my problems. I suggest that anyone considering using this company should look around at the other options first. Very frustrated customer

From start to installation ItsFibre have been excellent. We've had great internet with zero issues so far. They had me signed up within an hour, delivered the modem within 48 hours to our previous address. We just moved into a new build and we walked in the door and plugged it in - internet with zero problems in less than 5 minutes. I needed to use a utility bill to enrol my children in school and had to have this very quickly done - they produced a bill for me ahead of the billing statement within 45 min of the call. Excellent service and wonderful customer service.

Good service. Easiest internet set up I've ever done with router. Decent speed and fair price.

I had a couple of minor issues with connecting to streaming services (due to an IP issue), I called tech support and they were able to work out the issues really quickly and pass my info onto another team. The problem was resolved in under 24 hours and I even had a callback a few days later to check in on the issue, which I thought was excellent service! I also had a concern over my direct debit and the team who sorted that were incredibly helpful too.

Took a little while for everything to get set up due to moving into a new build home but the customer service were good and very quick to answer the phone and help out during the setup process. Broadband seems to be working well so far, so no complaints!

Really great network speed.
I am on 'Home 900' plan and I am getting download speeds of around 820Mbps and an upload speed of 360Mbps on a Wi-Fi 7 device over Wi-Fi 7 mesh.
The customer service was great and the provided a Wi-Fi 6 modem as free as well(TP-Link Archer AX1500).

Top service, reliable broadband that works. Competitive price too. Always easy to reach support if needed. Would recommend.

Very satisfied with itsfibre the service was friendly, quick and easy. Was set up and sorted in a matter of a couple of days which was fantastic. The Wi-Fi itself it’s brilliant and I’ve had no problems at all. Would highly recommend 😊

Getting my broadband set up was quite easy thanks to the sales and customer service teams of Itsfibre. Had a slight connectivity issue in the beginning but this was resolved in no time, which just further increased my confidence in them.

I wanted a broadband for my house, unfortunately my building is a new building hence i cannot get a broadband because it wasn't registered on the OFNL network. I contacted Lewis in sales, he helped me sort it out. I am enjoying my broadband with the best rates. Thank you Itsfibre.
