Please please do not order from them. it has been absolute months and i have never record a shipping confirmation or update, however i revised a gift card but even then i am not sure if it is usable or I will get scammed again. I am currently communicating with my bank to get my money back because they refuse to give me a refund !

Ordered my clothes over a month ago and they never got delivered. Don’t order from this company, total scam. Customer service is not replying….I lost hundreds of dollars.

I ordered my items on March 20th and am still waiting on 4 items. I have been back and forth emailing "Diamond" for updates on shipping and refund ability and I either get no response or the offer for a "20 dollar coupon". I have received 4 other items but there quality is equivalent to the customer service; awful. One shirt was completely see through, another supposedly a "small" crop top but looks like an oversized, loose tank top. If it was only about the quality of the clothes, I still would not shop here again - there is no point in receiving the 20 dollar coupon with the standard of the clothes. Completely unprofessional, uncommunicative and poor grade of clothing. This store has truly nothing positive about it.

Please believe all 90 negative reviews of the brand. They are an absolute SCAM!!!! I ordered 2 items in the 8th March, it’s now 16th May and I have STILL not received them. A lot of back and forth emails and false promises I have had enough. Thankfully I ordered through PayPal so I will get my money back, but not everyone has been so fortunate. What an absolute disgusting brand.

This company is horrible. I’m never ordering from them again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this company. Don’t order from them and don’t risk losing your money on something that is a horrible product. The customer service is horrible and the phone number isn’t real because no one ever answers.

I ordered a sweater and it arrived almost 2 months later. I tried to cancel the order after 1 month of waiting for it only to be told it was too late as it finally was processed. The quality was AWFUL. Fabric had an awful smell and feel to it. Cheap, not at all like the image on the site. It was way smaller than shown (one size). It had defects in the sewing and when I tried to return it it took countless emails with no response only to be told eventually it was not returnable because it was a sale item despite the defect (?!) They eventually gave me a credit instead. Tbh I would NOT shop here or recommend this site. They are having too many issues and the quality is not worth it at all. Junk.

I had a horrible experience with this brand. I waited over 2 months for my package with little to no communication. I never received a tracking number so I reached out and was given a gift card as a sorry for my delay. But I didn’t want a gift card, I wanted to know if I was being scammed. I ordered quick shipping too, and received it over 2 months late. I emailed a couple times later inquiring about where my package was because I stilllll hadn’t received a tracking number, they wouldn’t reply. I had to contact them on their instagram to finally get a reply! Horrible experience and will never shop here again. And no one else should either!

The product (bikini swimsuit) I received did not even come close to the colors in the photos; it was color block and some of the colors couldn't even be explained away by variations between screen image and reality. It looked like the material a cheap Halloween costume would have been made out of. Even though I sized up as many reviewers on the site advised, the top barely covered half of the area it should have and I would not be able to wear it.

Horrible company! I ordered the kaia midi mini skirt and it doesn't fit over my hips at all.. okay, no problem, I'm used to reputable sites like Shein that either simply refund or credit to try something else.. customer service told me I could get credit since it was a sale.. waiting for that credit.. waiting to be told how to send package back.. and nothing. It's been weeks, I've sent over 20 emails. At this point I wouldn't even trust them to give me the credit! Total scam! I can't believe I thought they were a small company that would be good to support. Never again. Oh and the chain on the Kaia midi skirt keeps falling apart but it can be twisted back together if necessary. So cheap.

It took weeks and weeks to receive although I was told it was in stock when I purchased the dress, however it is spectacular. Almost worth waiting for! I would purchase from your compant=y again if I was guaranteed I would not have to wait for a month to receive my items! Excellent dress! Gorgeous! Thank you!

I would not recommend ordering from this company. The item I received was nothing like the picture and it took 2 months to arrive with no help from customer service.

Never shop from here! I got scammed I ordered one top from them over 2 months ago now and have been in touch with customer service multiple times and they say the same thing each time, we can't offer a refund but it's shipping Monday.... never does. It's obviously a scam don't waste your money.

I think this website is just a scam to steel peoples money. Products don’t ship for months. Don’t waist your money here shop SHEIN instead . These people are crooks

ordered one item in early march. almost may now and they still haven't shipped it. doubt i'll ever get it. customer service is a joke. dont bother ordering from here.

Absolutely horrible!!! Do not order from them! They have absolutely no customer service. My order too almost a month to get here and when it did it looked nothing like the photos. I tried to contact to return and got nothing from the company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a complete scam. Took almost 4 weeks to ship my item and it’s coming directly from China. The item I bought was almost $70 and they probably paid $5 to have it made. Trash company and service. I regret buying from them!!

This place is god awful. Never order from them. Cancel your orders as soon as possible.

Horrible horrible horribleeee. Ordered 6 pairs of pajamas. 2 were missing and I can’t get in contact with anyone at the company. I’ve emailed at least 6 time. The rest all ripped down the seams within hours of putting them on. Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.
