I was very disappointed with my order. The dress did not look as beautiful as it did in the photos, and the quality did not justify the price at all. On top of that, the taxes, shipping, and duty fees to Europe were extremely high, which made the overall cost even more unreasonable. Definitely not worth the money.

I had high expectations when purchasing…
I had high expectations when purchasing a dress from Milla, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.
While the dress looked beautiful in photos, it did not perform as expected during actual wear. The bodice continuously rode up throughout the event, causing the fabric to bunch and distort the silhouette. This was not a minor or occasional issue—it was consistent and very noticeable, especially in professional photos.
The root of the problem appears to be the construction. The lining is extremely smooth and slippery, which works against the fitted design and prevents the dress from staying in place. For a formal dress at this price point, I expected much better structure and functionality.
What was most frustrating was the response from customer service. After providing photos and detailed feedback, I was told this behavior was “normal” due to movement like dancing. I strongly disagree. A formal dress should be designed to maintain its shape during typical event activity.
Overall, while the design is visually appealing, the quality and wearability do not match the price or expectations. I would not recommend this brand based on my experience.

The only issue I’d like to mention is the packaging. The box the dress arrived in was quite thin and was torn in several places. Considering that the dress is shipped from Europe (Ukraine), it would be better to use sturdier, more durable packaging for such a long journey.
Another important point is the delivery timeline. When placing the order, it’s essential to clearly understand the actual production and shipping time. I only learned after completing the purchase that the dress is handmade and shipped from Europe. This can create scheduling conflicts if the dress is needed for a specific date.
That said, I’m overall very happy with my purchase. Among many American websites, I intuitively chose a Ukrainian brand — and I’m extremely pleased with my decision 💙💛

I received the dress with wholes on the dress. I’m having hard time connecting with customers service. There is no phone number to contact the merchant. I sent an email to report the problem, I was told to take pictures and send it to them. So far no response. I’m not sure how all these going to work out.
