A truly no fuss straightforward service, delivered a day early, always a good thing, and the best part is the company actually reads and observes customer delivery notes, which makes life so much easier. We most definitely will use Plane & Simple again in the future and I have recommended them to several landscapers I know.

We're very sorry to hear of your experience and apologise directly and on behalf of the merchant you chose for delivery.
As Plane & simple is the online DIY marketplace, the merchants who sell on our platform control the products they sell and stock at that current time. It seem sin this very rare case, this product slipped the net for the merchant.
Once we were made aware of this cancellation, as always we ensured the refund is processed right away. With all card refunds, this can take up to 7-10 days form the bank provider to return the fees and understand it is a little while.
Hopefully you’ve been happy with the service we’ve provided.

Great service, only one thing I thought could improve is communication on delivery date. Didn’t get a precise day ,time or even a phone call.
After ordering , the email that was sent said will be delivered within 3-4 days ,Fortunately I was in when it arrived.
But apart from that it turned up undamaged and the delivery driver was fantastic, a really nice man.
He put the pallet exactly where I wanted it.
