19-years since our solar panels were installed our inverter decided it had had enough and ceased generating. I am an electronic engineer but inverters are not my speciality so a big thank you to I.T.S. for quickly answering their phone and for answering all my technical questions so that I could feel confident with my choice of a new inverter.

I.T.S. ordering process was straightforward with clear emails and invoices. The price was also competitive especially when taking cost of delivery into account. It was nice to be able to select a date for delivery and indeed that was the date that it arrived.

I ordered 2 different types of batteries from ITS Technologies.
Before the order was shipped ITS Technologies contacted me to ensure that I was using the batteries in separate systems as they were not compatible.
I was impressed they checked the order and ensured I had ordered the correct items

Lack of communication with regards to delivery date, very surprising since solar panels are large items that can’t just be carried/moved around easily! Also my shipping instructions/notes were not even given to the delivery driver (delivery address is a couple of mins down the road from house, under the same postcode but doesn’t technically ‘exist’ yet).
Luckily I was working from home and on my lunch break when they were delivered, the driver kindly agreed to follow me to the correct place to offload.
Can’t comment on the solar panels yet as I’m awaiting installation.

The guys at ITS Technologies were great, knowledgeable and patient, were able to answer any questions I had and were really helpful with coming up with a solar / battery system to meet your budget. I will be recommending them to my friends and colleagues and will also be using them in future
