Jonathon at ITS was very responsive to my queries and put together a very competitive quote. My associated queries were answered quickly and the quote altered to suit my requirements.
Delivery was prompt. Unfortunately the mounting rails that were delivered were incorrect, but once I had notified ITS the correct ones were sent and the wrong ones collected.

found the company on Google and rang up. They have been very helpfull and informative. there was no presure to sell so this made them an easy company to deal with. The batteries I bought were ceanly priced and as discribed and delivered quickly. I would use this company again, so recomend them from the service I rercived. thanks

Always use ITS spot on as alway top service

Great Service and a very good response time for any queries asked.

First time ordering from ITS, so a little wary as its not a small order money wise! Ordering was painless, good comms from company about what was expected - I spoke to them on phone a couple of times.

Relieved that order arrived on time, stacked nicely and secured well on pallet. No external damage on any of the boxes and the batteries were fitted without any issues and are working fine.

Will absolutley look at ITS first for any further needs I may have.

Third time of dealing with ITS Technologies, always have a good experience, they are helpful and knowledgeable, those are two reasons for coming back to them, as well as their equipment is first class and very affordable.

Expensive delivery charge for 2 brackets. At £12.95 + VAT for delivery you would, at the very least, expect next day delivery. That’s the highest delivery cost I’ve experienced for such small items. Ordered on Thursday with Monday delivery - not value for money.

Seamless order was easy pick delivery day pay done, received email of order and the one when dispatched received another text message from delivery company tell me time slot delivered before time.

The ordering process easy and price fantastic but when it came to delivery was a disaster.
Delivery delayed by a week which can be forgiven seeing as it was a busy period but the delivery company had no communication at all and just turned up when my burd was in the shower then wouldn't deliver it unless we could take the whole pallet, which won't fir through a front door of course.
Driver had her outside in dressing gown making a space in the garage instead of removing from the pallet and shoving it in the front door.
£80 I paid for that privilege.
