Communication, ordering and delivery was smooth.
I asked for technical help and was assisted.

I looked into buying some batteries and an associated system and felt that many of the operators in this field were out to take as much money off me as they could. They typically said that I had to buy the system from them if they were going to install it.
Luckily I came across ITS who sell the same equipment for substantially less than the others. The great added benefit was that they also have ties with installers and the person they sent was very friendly and helpful.
So I’ve got 50% more system capacity for the same price as I was being quoted by other ‘supply and install’ operations.
Overall they are a very good company that deserves to grow and succeed. I will certainly be using them again.

Knowledgeable and Unhurried service from start to finish. Ben was great at helping me select and have installed a 20kw battery system with Inverter, at a very competitive price. Thoroughly recommend.

Solar panel is perfect! Arrived quickly and on time. Undamaged too. Not wired it up yet because of the British weather but it looks perfect!

Considering my goods didn’t arrive on the scheduled date agreed and I took a day off work and waited in all day is not great. I still don’t have the purchased goods. Let’s hope they turn up this week. When I called your number to check if they were still being delivered. I got an automated response saying your business was shut as you were respecting the Jewish holiday. This delivery was agreed for the 21st June so I checked online when the Jewish was. Shavuot is June 11th to 13th so the week before

Every occasion I’ve ordered the delivery has been a nightmare and is expensive too.

The electricians were neat and communicated clearly how the system worked and what was required. They cleaned up after the install and took the rubbish away with them.
