This doesn’t even deserve one star! The dress I ordered is extremely poor quality and nothing like the photo. It is unwearable. You cannot get hold of this company, I have filled in the contact form numerous times and the only email is a no reply address. Do not waste your money

I ordered the Billie fairs stroller I had a email to say that my stroller was damaged and that stroller was currently out of stock I had a email for a full refund or a I could change the stroller, I decided to change the stroller as I needed it asap as I was due to go on holiday I had a very quick response with a new stroller ordered with next day delivery! Amazing service! Amazing communication. Really happy with my order and the company

I recently discovered Itty Bitty Boutique and decided to try it out for my baby girl's wardrobe update. I'm so glad I did! The selection of baby clothes is fantastic—everything is so stylish and cute. I ordered a few dresses, a set of pajamas, and a personalized tracksuit, and they all arrived in perfect condition and on time.

Similar to reviews below, item hasn’t shown up and no response from company via online form and instagram. Started process to claim refund from PayPal and eventually had a reply to say there was a glitch in the system with my order and asked if I would like a refund. Still awaiting a refund and I am sceptical.

Placed an order on the 22 March still not recieved it , emails says we aim to respond in 5 working days but no response recieved absolutely no way of contacting terrible customer service .
The company really needs to work on their communication

Trying to make a Retuning for over 3 weeks now. Noone has responded. Filled in the online forms and sent emails! Terrible customer service. Do not order. Ordered first time, defo won't be ordering after this

Website says they allow returns, but nobody responds as to how I can return my order.

I ordered a dress for my daughter, I asked for an update after three weeks, (appreciate the website says 28 working days) however, I was just after an update as I wanted to check it would be here for the date I needed. I emailed them and they replied saying it was delayed but they were expecting it the following week and would be sent out then, the following week came and went without any communication so I asked if the dress had arrived, I got told that the dress was still in production then I got told that the dress was with Royal Mail, I asked for clarification as the communication was vague and conflicting. After waiting 26 working days for the dress, THEY cancelled my order without checking with me first and told me to go and find another dress elsewhere, this was all because I was asking for clarification on where the dress would be and how long it would be until I received it. Even after they cancelled it I asked to reorder it and never received a reply, I was not once rude to them or asked for the order to be cancelled- all in all terrible customer service terrible experience so would avoid at all costs!

Ordered a dress from here on the 31st January and I still haven’t received it. I’ve emailed them twice and they haven’t replied. Taken the money and then not responded, disappointed in an understatement.

I ordered the Sage green double bow dress for my grandaughter, I cannot express enough how beautiful it is and how well made it is. The quality is exceptional. I am more then pleased. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you so much

Instant service from Katie at IttyBitty, as I'd entered the wrong house number. They've arrived within 3 days of ordering and the quality is fantastic! (That's coming from an Aussie who grew up with Uggs)
I might add that they were much better value compared to the competition.
We'll be ordering from there again for siblings and partners for sure!

Ordered high tops for my granddaughter - they're beautiful and really great quality but unfortunately they were too big - request for refund was dealt with immediately. Speedy delivery and great customer service.

I bought two jogging suits and on one of the suits the trouser lettering is coming away after wearing it once (not been washed yet!), I have emailed the company twice regarding this and have heard nothing back, it’s so annoying when they don’t reply, I certainly wouldn’t recommend this company now which is a shame as they have some beautiful pieces but no customer service to reply to your queries after purchasing from their website!!

I ordered then had a read of the reviews I was very sceptical as a lot of people said it was a scam. However I ordered a dress and yes it takes a little while to come but you expect that being handmade. I absolutely love the dress. Very good quality my daughter loves it and won't take it off! I will 100% be ordering again. Some beautiful dresses on the site and clothes
