Avoid cheap crap clothes
So i placed an order was told made to order yeah right . What a load of rubbish looks like chines import clothes rubbish . Half writing is shown on opposite side so top cant be worn . Wont refund as they reckon its l
Made to order and initials . Please dont waste your money on awful cheap clothing that is fit for the bin . You wont get a refund . You get fobbed off via emails all the time .

It is somewhat refreshing to receive a one star review, and not receive a load of abuse and name calling to go along with it. So thank you for that, however I do find this review unfair so will respond.
You would think we were the big bad monster picking on the little person, so lets put this in perspective...
The customer had ordered 2 items, the item in question is the very popular personalised Oh No Here comes trouble personalised Sweatshirt which is personalised with the Childs initials on the front.
This sweatshirt is made from :
80% Ringspun cotton
20% Polyester
and VEGAN PETA APPROVED which in summary a high quality item.
Just to show what sort of people we have to deal with we get an email "My clothes have arrived this morning the jumper is awful i want a refund"
We kindly explain that this is a personalised item and is exempt from being returned due to its nature and provided her with a link to the returns policy.
We then get the following reply "There is no where that states items cannot be returned thats fine i ll make sure the reviews and pictures show what awful products you sell"
We felt was unfair when the customer first sent an email, they also rushed to leave a negative review on Trust Pilot at the same time.
In responding to this review we can only suggest that she is unhappy that the writing is on the back? which is why she has written Half writing is shown on opposite side so top cant be worn?
We have numerous photos showing that the writing on the back along with the personalisation on the front - This is the style and is cleary shown prior to ordering.
In summary weI do feel the way the customer rushed in the first instance to leave a 1 star review the same day they sent their first email, and also by leaving this review which contradicts their main issues and concerns, is grossly unfair and unreasonable.

I have purchased items from here many times, and have loved all of them. Quick delivery, amazing products, and great customer service.

Bought a buggy from here , ordered the Sunday evening and got delivered the Tuesday , very fast! I didn’t get a confirmation so contacted them, they were more than happy to help and supplied me with a tracking number, very nice customer service. Will be back.

Hat and gladiator sandals
Have received my order today and I have to say the hat is absolutely gorgeous. Really lovely quality and the personalisation on the initials is nice and sparkly. The gladiator sandals are so cute, didn’t realise they had glitter on them but it makes them stand out so nice bonus. Can’t wait for summer so my little girl can wear them.

Absolutely lovely experience with this company, contacted out of working hours for support and they got back to me instantly over via social media with my query. Was a little weary due to the reviews from before but let me tell you they are such an amazing company, lovely staff, lovely service, polite and friendly, email confirmation is so pretty and instant. I ordered mybabiie stroller on Thursday 1;40pm it came Friday by 12pm next day, fantastic delivery time. Will definitely be recommending and purchasing again. Thank you 💞 🦄
