Professionalism

Besides the (almost too good to be true😁) Itworkup as a whole provided me with a positive shopping experience. As they do not stock their products and have to have it shipped from their warehouse - getting what you order takes time. BUT they state this before you purchase so it is not an issue. Email communication is constant and an effective way to update customers on the progress of their orders. I can confidently recommend this company

I ordered 2 x SSD's from them (Order 63668). Nearly R8k order. After 2 weeks waiting only 1 arrives. I had to chase them for a week before getting a satisfactory response from Pavel. "I have just been informed that your missing item has been located in our European warehouse. A sorting error occurred, which resulted in only one item reaching you. On behalf of the entire company, I sincerely apologize for this situation and assure you that your missing item will be shipped with the next available shipment to South Africa." The item arrived on 3-Jan-25. In the end they bent over backwards to fix the mistake. So I have upped my rating to 4.

The item I wanted was out of stock and I was told that even if I preordered it, it would take 2-6 weeks minimum IF they can get stock. I was offered a refund however I asked if I could get it by a specific date. The team was wonderful and managed to source the item and have it delivered to me before I needed it. They kept me up to date on the status of my order every step of the way! All this and I didn't even mention that they were the only store in the whole of SA that sold the Shark flexstyle! It was imported from Europe and already had SA plugs installed so I didn't have the hassle of needing an adaptor. This is top tier customer service and product offering

Fantastic service! I changed my order twice because I decided on a different model Garmin watch, but it was done withou a hassle. The company reps communicated immidiately and clearly. It took 7 days for my order to arrive as they had indicated. The only small challenge was to collect the order myself, because I was skeptic. It seemed to good to be true, but it was completely unfounded. I am very impressed with the setup, the service, and so far everything that I have experienced with the company. Thank you!

Botched experience from beginning to end. Do note that this is one of those e-tailers who pretend they have local stock when they don't. Their ETAs are wrong. I was promised multiple times delivery would happen same day as it arrived at their offices. Today is day 3 in a row of that not happening. They are not scammers, but they are terrible at what they do. I spend hundreds of thousands a year buying online - this is by far 2024's worst experience. Will never, ever use them again, no matter how desperate I am.

I bought 3 x Phillips OneBlade shavers from them online after I saw photos showing the complete shaving kit plus shaver case, but only recieved the shaver kit. When I emailed them they refered to the photo on my online bill where it only show the kit. Your advertising photos are misleading and then you change what One gets on the online invoice!
