I have had a wonderful experience with iUniverse and would reecommend them to anyone

My experience with iUniverse was generally positive despite a few hiccups. They are very attentive and unlike some book publishers, they have a quick turnaround time for pulling the book together and getting it on the market. The book itself for the most part looked good -- the interior was very well laid out, and although I had some issues with the design of the cover and spine, the problems were ultimately resolved to my satisfaction.

There is a proverb that says "Being patient is very difficult, but its fruits are sweeter than you can ever imagine "
My book "El Viaje De Una Vida " should be out earlier than the time that it was out, but my baby is born and I love everything about the job, the efforts that Iuniverse has put in it to make it one of their best products out there.
Thank you for a job well done and thank you for helping me on telling my story to the world in a third language.
Because of you now my novel is available everywhere on the planet in three languages, French, English and Spanish.
To the public, this is my love life story and for every story they should be a happy ending...

I published my book through iUniverse in January of 2022 after an extremely long and frustrating process. A lack of communication between different company functions caused lengthy delays, mistakes, and dropped balls. Several services I purchased have still not been delivered after six months. The web site development I purchased is still incomplete, placing the social media marketing campaign I purchased on hold. One of the “marketing consultants” I dealt with had been more interested in aggressively selling more services than solving problems. The only positive aspect of the entire experience has been the quality of the editing packages I commissioned. But I’m still waiting for the unfulfilled promises and deliverables.

I'm writing a book. I have been speaking with Mae Genson. She offered me a package for $999. I was going to pay in three days, however I received some upsetting news from my doctor. I need to have test run . This cruel individual told me she was going to get pushback from her boss. I guess the hell with my life. My book is almost done and it getting published but not by this person. She said she was disappointed well so am I in her

IUniverse is an amazing, publishing company. Angie is very friendly and straight-forward, as to turning your dreams into reality. They, (in my opinion) are very affordable, as compared to other companies. IUniverse, works with their authors, to turn their dreams into reality. (I love them).

Other than the cost of publishing and staff turn over that I noticed during my book publishing process, iUniverse is a Publisher that I would recommend to a friend or family. They were committed to the job and they did their best to deliver on what they promised.

iUniverse has been great to work with! I do wish the editing process was a little quicker (about six months) as well as the website construction (two weeks so far). However, other than these few delays, I've enjoyed my experience at each level of the publishing process. Everyone has been courteous and professional. My experience with iUniverse has been nothing if not beyond my wildest expectations. They are totally knowledgeable about their craft, they know what to do and how to do it. But more importantly, they know how to do things right and have the talented people to help make the author's experience easy and pleasant. Their service is reasonably priced and well-packaged. I just recently received a call from some company that wants me to participate in some book fair or whatever. The kicker is, although they've been calling for years about my first book, this call was about the one that was published mere weeks ago. I commend iUniverse for getting the word out that there is a new book in town.

The missing fifth star is for their own publicity department which started calling before the book had been printed. I know "one has to spend money to make money". This person couldn't get it through her head that I don't have any money. The only reason iUniverse was able to publish this book is that I paid for it when the first book came out. Hopefully, they have the record stating that if I paid for one book, at that time, I'd get a second one printed at a reduced cost. The second book the contract is referring to should be out soon.

The other part of the missing star is that there is a new person at each stage of the process. It would be nice to have one point of contact who would lead into each state and introduce whoever's next. The way they do it is very confusing. I dealt with a rep for several weeks without knowing "Ray" is a woman. THAT was an interesting conversation!

I have already recommended Iuniverse to aspiring authors that asked me for how and who to go to in order to publish their writing ✍️. I recommend them Iuniverse hands down!!

The only issue that I have is a consultant named Heather Carter. She has not responded to 3 emails I have sent in the last 10 days. She was going to call me and help me in the promoting my just published book, with the do's and the don'ts. She initially contacted me on March 30th and I have tried to contact her with no success. I am disappointed and very eager to start promoting my book. I do not want to do anything to create a problem for anyone and I do not wish to do or say something that is improper, but if I don't know what that is, I am in a stalled position. The package deal I got was fantastic. Two kids books for the price of one. The finished prints are very nicely done.
My only issue is that I feel their pricing is too high.
