I am satisfied as proven by my three books published by iUniverse.

I am pleased with my book published by IUniverse. The publication process was somewhat complicated having to interact with many different departments and individuals. Overall, all the employees were courteous, efficient, and helpful when contacted. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was appreciated.

I have published 4 science and high technology books with iUniverse Inc. since 2009 to 2021.
1. I am very happy to make cooperation with iUniverse people, not only their capability of editor but also their responsibility and work enthusiasm.
2.The quality of the books are excellent not only the cover but also the content of all of the books.
3. The marketing of the books are very succeed, a lot of other publishing companies called me and e-mailed me to ask me republished "PLL" and "Advanced optical fiber communications and quantum communications" with them. And I refused all of their request and I confirm I only publish my books with iUniverse Inc., no more.

I am very pleased with the finished book! The editing process with the typesetters got a little confusing with 2-way miscommunication, but it got sorted and overall, I had a wonderful experience. I look forward to publishing with iUniverse again!

iUniverse did a nice job putting my book together. The interior was well done in a professional manner. The graphics designer did a great job putting together the images I wanted. And the cover was nicely done with a high-gloss finish. However, I had requested a matte finish from the very beginning and was misinformed that I would, but still got the glossy finish. I was very disappointed about that. I think that everyone on board should know what is offered before offering an author a choice. Also, it would be great to have a cover choice of either a matte or glossy finish. Nonetheless, the cover looks professional.

iUniverse is a very professional outfit. They know what they are doing. They will get your book published. They will do everything you are willing to pay to promote it. Don't go into this with just a good manuscript. Better have a pocket full of cash, as well.

The experience with Iuniverse staff was exemplary. Virginia was a true inspiration from the start to publication to book release. The publishing journey was always supported by staff from Virginia to Christine, to Mark, to editing staff. Thank you iUniverse!

Really slow in sending out the complimentary books. Entire experience starting with Eve Carson has been a jumble of words ending up asking for money and doing nothing concrete for publishing a book

I published my first book with iuniverse and had an awesome experience from start to finish. The teams were very helpful with the process and provided support whenever it was needed. I highly recommend iuniverse for anyone thinking of writing and self- publishing for the first time.

My experience with iUniverse as a series of encounters with several highly professional teams. Each one handled the component of the process of publishing my book and offering an education of the process along the way. I was pleased with each team's service and very pleased with the finished product. I would recommend iUniverse to any new independent author.

IUniverse helped me create a book that I'm proud of. Their design team did an amazing job with my cover and interior pages. The turn around is quick and there is always there for someone to answer questions and assist. I'm VERY happy with the results and thankful for such a great company!

I expected better. Communication and commitment to their contract needs improvement. Editing was a nightmare. But the design team pulled it off at the end I was impressed.

I ordered Color Pro Package on April 20th 2021 and on April 27th I received an email from my Coordinator Jeremy Carey telling me that iUniverse Publishing could not do but Editorial Evaluation of my package at which time I cancelled my Contract with iUniverse Publishing I spoke with Kelly Allison and was told that I would receive a refund within 30 days I paid them $1,075 I spoke with the Manager Mike Collins and he sent me an e-mail saying that I owed iuniverse Publishing $500 for Canceling my Contract. This was not my fault that they could not do this Children's Book. If there's anyone in this company that can help me with my Refund I would Appreciate It. I don't want to feel like I was Scam. If you could not do Editorial Evaluation. Why should I have to pay for Services that you couldn't provide which was a part of my Contract.

I had no idea about self publishing before I got contact with the professionals of IUniverse. Then I was able to advise and guide my colleagues and students how get through the procedure smoothly and successfully.

A very prompt, friendly and a professional approach to me for my Literary work.

Multiple balls were dropped during this process. The books did finally come out, but with errors and issues, and it took much longer than I was led to believe. Also, I wish that I had been told up front that many of the publishing processes and services were being done by workers in another country where English is not the native language.

Communication was lacking throughout the entire process.

If your looking for a digitalized, mediocre, disinterested and sales (theirs, not yours) driven company, call iuniverse. It was a horrible experience on every level: lousy formatting, bad development, and impossible to reach anyone if you have a question or problem. Do me a favor; look up best and worst self publishing.- iuniiverse is right there at the bottom. Owned by
Authors Solution, this ain't a solution if you're an author. Don't join the disappointed - there's not a lot of room left.

IUniverse made it possible for me to publish a book I am proud of. I had a compelling story I wanted to tell but had no real experience being public about telling it. With IUniverse, I was provided a team of professionals to evaluate my manuscript for content and liability issues. These were the areas most intimidating for me. With the team’s support, I had the confidence to proceed. The result is published book that people are reading! I am a published author! And, I can stand behind my work with my head up! It is an amazing feeling.
