I had booked a personal coaching already a few years back with Chris. A few sessions indeed took place online.

Problem was:
1) I took the trouble to properly backtest some futures strategy he offered to me in a coaching call using python. I was not able to get to any positive compounded return different from zero over a longer time streak.
2) Some strategies involved some kind of soft, somewhat fuzzy 'judgements' of chart patterns with unclear exact rules, making it impossible to judge and backtest the strategies.

After pointing out these things, suddenly he was not allowed to show me the remaining strategies of the programme, because his 'trading collective' out of the blue had general objections against sharing them.

He then promised a refund, which I even asked to make smaller to reimburse for the time he had spent with me online. Even though he did not live up to his promise by far, I kept an honest, respectful communication.

Now, after quite some time, I do not get any answers to my mails anymore, the guy is disappeard and I am still waiting for the refund to arrive. I dare to call it fraud.

I sent at least half a dozen emails requesting a refund because none of the trade alerts I paid so much money for made their way to my inbox. The owner agreed via email to provide a refund and asked for, and I twice provided, a separate email address, but he didn't take the trouble to utilize it.

I hate leaving negative reviews. This is only the second one in my experience of several years.

Finally, I gave up. The other negative reviews received by this company are for the same thing. It shouldn't be like this.

The service was unfortunately not for me for various reasons and the continous trading lessons we would get were dissapointing. I think I got one and some private lessons after contacting him. Then he dissapeared without any information. I sent several emails to the owner Chris and requested the refund. He alluded that he will issue partial refund. However, he hasn't! I have sent several emails so far and the weeks are passing on. Im totally ignored!

A big warning...the guy is a fraud!

I subscribed to this service recently under his 30-day no quibble money back guarantee. The service was unfortunately not for me for various reasons. I contacted the owner Chris before the 30 days and requested a refund under his guarantee. He alluded that he will issue the refund. However, he hasn't! I have sent 3 emails so far. The first two he responded to, the third email he has totally ignored! I am now pursuing this via PayPal. Quite unbelievable!

For the sake of fairness and the record, I am making this update to state that I eventually received the full refund (nothing extra) on 15 Jan (24 days later!). At least I got it!
