Love the service, technicians are knowledgeable and very friendly. Happy with my results, the guidance and advice I receives.

Zero patient care, only interested in taking your money. They just rubber-stamped my prescription and shipped compounded medication. When I started experiencing severe side effects, I called their support line out of concern for my health, but no one actually answered or followed up with me. I was left entirely on my own to manage the complications with zero medical guidance.

The online ordering service is completely unreliable. Once you pay, actual support disappears when you really need it. You find
yourself stuck constantly chasing them for answers, only to get automated template emails. Getting basic written confirmation about my own care required endless follow-ups
The total lack of accountability and clear documentation is unacceptable. Look elsewhere.

Everyone I've encountered is extremely knowledgeable and the customer service has been top tier. I now have my mom and sister hooked.

I ordered the product on 05/26/2027, paid immediately with $52 for two day shipping. That should have been the first red flag - their website says "free shipping" and that peptides ship "cold ship." Their website said the order was fulfilled 05/27/2026. It was NOT. I had to follow up by email 3 times and I finally received a notice that it shipped GROUND on June 5, with estimated deliver 06/09/2026. I immediately called and left a message and someone called me back. They immediately refunded my shipping charge of $52. The way they addressed my "cold ship" concerns was this "oh, it'll be alright." I am NOT comfortable paying $871 for peptides that will have been traveling with cold packs that melt in 2 days for FIVE DAYS. I am not new to peptides, so this doesn't fly with me and I will be requesting a complete refund once the product finally does get to me. This whole thing has been very shady.

I’ve had an amazing experience at IVUSE. The location is very convenient and also free parking. The staff is very friendly and pleasant from the time I walk in until the time I leave very helpful. I’m currently doing a weight loss program. The best decision I could have made. I weigh in weekly and the results have been amazing! I highly recommend.

I came in to get IV Therapy and a weight loss shot it was a very seamless process and I am so afraid of needles the staff was gentle with me and answered ever one of my 800 question with no signs of irritation such a pleasant experience. definitely recommend 10/10. Can’t wait to come back and get a peptide stack. They know they stuff!!!

I’ve had a great experience with IVUSE. The ordering process was simple, delivery was fast, and the customer service team was responsive and helpful. The products arrived as described, and the overall quality exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend IVUSE to anyone looking for a reliable and professional company to assist with weight loss treatments or even infusions full of vitamins and nutrients that our bodies need.

I would only give one star, but the prices for their peptides is pretty good. I ordered over two weeks ago and have not received it. They created a shipping label a few days after the order only to go over a week with no actual shipment. They keep saying it will release soon, but that has not been the case. Customer service response is always a copy/paste of the previous email. Take your business somewhere else.
