This company needs to be stopped they are a disgrace and scamming many people, not sure why facebook keeps advertising them... BE AWARE STAY AWAY.i got scammed along with many, luckily I was able to cancel my credit card, I did email them here & overseas but the email bounced back.

I can't even get in touch with them. E-mails keep coming back undelivered!! No phone number to call.
Yes it happened to me. I was happy to order because it said from Melbourne. There was even a photo of I assumed the lady who runs it saying how sad it was that they had to close down!!
Advertised in AUD but charged in USD!!
I am hoping that I will at least receive the item!!
So disappointing 😔

Purchased a handbag for &49.95aud with free postage, was charges $76us, contacted the company who charged me and it was Ohyesitson.com not Ivy-Melbourne. After a deeper check I found I was to be charged a monthly fee of $49.99us, got on to them to cancel that, they finally said ok cancelled but wouldn’t tell me anything about my order except it was processed. Scam I think.

This company is a sham or someone is piggybacking them. Firstly price is not in Aus dollars as advertised. Just don’t use them you will get overcharged and most likely not get your product.

Exactly the same happened to me. I also usually check reviews on companies before buying anything from them online. I thought this was an Australian business because of the name and also they had AUD prices.
After purchasing a handbag for $49.95 + Free shipping, I noticed the confirmation email stated US dollars, checked my bank account and I'd been charged $76.56. I phoned my bank immediately, reported the fraud and cancelled my card. Then I found other reviews and they are a fraudulent company set up to scam. The confirmation email didn't even come from them - it was from heaplump.com!!!

I usually check reviews on companies before buying anything from them online. I thought this was an Australian business because of the name and also they had AUD prices.
After purchasing a pair of shoes for $29.99 + Free shipping, I noticed the confirmation email stated US dollars, checked my bank account and I'd been charged $47.29 of course I phoned my bank immediately, reported the fraud and cancelled my card. Then I had a look for a review and the first thing I found written about them said they are a fraudulent company set up to scam. The review was dated from 3 days previous.
