Third time ordering from Ivy and Gold. Item is lovely however I was disappointed that I couldn't fully customise the bracelet to personalise it fully. I wanted to add a birthstone bead to a bracelet with letter beads and was happy to pay extra for this but was told it wasn't possible. Didn't make much sense to me.

We were at a hen party in Portrush on Saturday and the lovely Alice and Connie came to us for a bracelet workshop. They had brought everything we needed and made it all look so pretty. The girls were so friendly and helpful and good craic with us. Everyone on the hen party loved the workshop and it was so special being able to make our own keepsake to remember the weekend. 10/10 would recommend

I got a bracelet as a gift. Absolutely love it. Couldn't be with out it!! Unfortunately the elastic broke but it got restringed and is good as new! I dropped it off and it got shipped back to me extremely quickly. Couldn't be happier!!!
