Very Disappointing – Still No Return Form After Multiple Emails
I’m very disappointed with my experience. The item I received was not as described, and trying to return it has been incredibly frustrating.
First, I was asked to explain the reason for the return, which I did. Then I had to send photos to prove the issue. After that, I was offered a gift card to cover the refund because the warehouse is in Asia. I agreed to this, but was then told that no gift cards were available.
Since then, I’ve been sending emails every day requesting the return form, but I still haven’t received it. The lack of response and the constant back-and-forth make this feel like a deliberate attempt to avoid processing returns.
Update: After I submitted a review on Trustpilot, the company contacted me asking for a screenshot of my review — and said they would only proceed with my return request after receiving it. This feels like a clear attempt to control public feedback rather than resolve the issue. It’s deeply unprofessional and reinforces my concern that this company is doing everything it can to avoid accepting returns.
I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service and return process. At the moment, I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

I ordered a dress that I’d been wanting to have for a while. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite suit and I needed to return it. After being informed of the cost of the return, I was kindly offered a 50% refund and keep the item.
Communication with Bethany has been easy and I am most grateful.
Returns process a nightmare
I ordered one dress in two sizes, of which neither where true to size. The quality was poor, and the material is flimsy. I contacted the company to return the dresses as they are of no use to me. The first response was to give me a 100% credit, which I don't want, as the Company isn't one I would buy from again . The Company then said they would give me a 30% refund and keep the dresses, which I don't want. By paying for the return postage, I would still be better off financially getting a 100% refund. I am waiting to hear if they will send me the details to retune the dresses.
My first experience of shopping with ivy Luna
I purchased the elegant jumpsuit which arrived promptly and well packaged. It is a lovely outfit but doesn't suit my body shape. I have been offered a part refund which I will use to have minor adjustments made to suit me. I would buy from this company again.

Please don’t buy from this company. The products are very different to they look online and much worse quality. You can’t get a refund without paying £20/30 postage. They offered me a gift card and then said I was over the 30 day refund window even though I contacted them straight after receiving my order to ask about a return and was emailing back and forth within the 30 day window! Please steer clear.

Although I don’t usually do reviews in this case I feel I should. After initially being disappointed with the coat I purchased as soon as I e-mailed customer service communication was superb and with a very friendly tone. We came to a good result for both of us. So I now feel happy to use Luna again.

Ordered what looked a beautiful looking dress online turned out to be something you would wear for domestic duties. You have to cover the courier costs if you want to return it which costs nearly as much as the item itself. They offer a gift card to save you the hassle to get more of their awful products.

I’ve had a great experience with Ivy Luna. My mother wanted a jacket ordered and it was too small. I emailed Ivy Luna and they got back to me promptly and returning for an exchange was not a problem for them. Highly recommend and look forward to future purchases x

DO NOT order from this company. My poor grandma ordered a coat for £40 and it looks nothing like the photo on the website. We asked for a full refund but they can’t give a refund? They want her to send it back which will cost my Gran £20 or £30 which is awful. Just a big scamming company which uses fake photos to get money - avoid at all costs!

What should be a plush white coat is a thin , cheap looking garment. The black and white dress is shoddily made and again nothing like the pictures. I cannot be bothered returning these items at the inflated returns cost.
I put put them for ragging and recycling.

My order arrived in excellent condition however I did not like it on me so I requested to return the item. The customer service team were very polite, responsive and we agreed a mutually beneficial return process.
