I wanted to cancel my subscription and…
I wanted to cancel my subscription and it took an hour to get it canceled. Once I spoke with someone it took them about 30 minutes to respond after the initial greeting. Response times have always been an issue with this company. The issue was resolved and they canceled my subscription, just crazy that it always takes so long to get things completed.
