Easy to order and fast delivery
Ordering was very easy and I liked the free samples I asked for to make sure i was getting the right material. Delivery was fast and all material was in great condition. Defo one of the companies I will be returning to for my bag making materials.

My first experience with this company…
My first experience with this company has been very disappointing. I ordered fabric in good time for an upholstery course I was attending. The fabric that arrived was the wrong colour, an error by the company not my order. I was required to order again and send back the wrong order, and wait for a refund. I was promised next day delivery for the right fabric to arrive in advance of my upholstery course. The fabric did not arrive in time, it was 3 days not 1 and I lost my course fees. The company was unhelpful and offered no kind of compensation for their errors. When you deal with them you get conflicting tracking information and emails from companies with different names. I will not use them again, they did not make amends for their mistake, blamed the postage and tried to even get me to complain to their distributor, I lost money through my experience with them.
