I returned to Iweiyi for my third purchase and once again they knocked it out of the park! The recipient of the delivery sent me a picture of the Mothers Day cake I sent. The cake was so beautiful and the recipient was very happy! I hope Iweiyi will expand their offerings beyond cakes and flowers because there are a lack of trustworthy, English language sources to send gifts to friends and family in China. I highly recommend Iweiyi!!

When doing the checkout the system placed the wrong name on the delivery.
I have no idea if the proper note was delivered together with the flowers.
No idea who really picked the flowers, system just says "delivered", but to whom?

Amazing customer service. I wanted to postpone the date of delivery for the flowers and gifts and they replied to me very quickly. I had no issues with payment and they even made their best to contact the receiver even though they were not responding. Overall, great service and i would buy again.

Iweiyi China Florist has always delivered on their orders in the time frame requested. China in general performs much more reliable in services than any other nation. US service companies operate like children in comparison to the Chinese way of business. Said by an objective American. The US should learn from China's accomplishments. What could be a bit more fair could be the pricing. If I were in China paying for flower delivery, the costs would obviously be significantly more affordable however, we pay for the convenience of ordering from overseas.
