I gave one star only because there is no lower option. We've been waiting over a year now for a cable to replace the item that was already broken when order #KL8062 arrived. Multiple emails have been ignored

I would give zero stars, if possible. I placed an order on December 14 (SD1191), and it still shows a status of “unfulfilled”. I have made multiple attempts to contact for an update, but no answer by email or instant messenger. I just want the merchandise I paid for!

Where's my order!?
Order #KL8092 confirmed december 2nd. Order on the way the 7th. Then what!? Well, nothing:
1) I have not received the damn light,
2) the tracking ID is not working/not valid and
3) the Izu-people haven't bothered answering my emails on where my order is.

It was meant to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. I wonder if it will turn up at all and considering other posts here on Trustpilot regarding the customer service I doubt there will ever be a refund or another shipment for free.

I ordered a light and got a confirmation email, shipping on their site says 1-2 business days and it has now been 2 weeks and the light hasn’t even been shipped whatsoever. Tried to contact through email and through Instagram and no reply on either of those pretty frustrating considering a paid 30+ Dollars for a light that hasn’t come order# KL7534. Update - they replied and told me to email them for assistance so I did and got a reply fast, the person was very nice and explained why the delay. Also offered me a free light to be added to my order. Very satisfied with the customer service! Welp back again, got a tracking number and whenever I check the tracking number for my package it says that the number Doesn’t exist and I emailed Izu lights about it and no reply again .. just want my package it’s been like 3 weeks sense I ordered 🙁

Well Pleased with Service+Product

Before, after and when my purchase arrived, I continuously asked questions regarding the product and delivery. Replies were fast and short/efficient apart from one occasion where I asked if it was possible to pay extra and receive it faster. (this was ignored but I just assumed it was not possible otherwise they would’ve responded) That’s fair enough and no issue at all on my book as they still delivered in time even though:

There was an issue where my chosen design was still doable but the final result was not up to their standards therefore I was contacted with a explanation and new design that was almost exact to the one I wanted (very few minor changes that if they hadn’t mentioned I wouldn’t have noticed for the wolrd)

Ordering again in a couple of days and definitely recommend. 10/10 ✌️

Bought a neon sign from them 7 days ago and it arrived within a week. They even added a free led lamp with the purchase which is nice. I definitely recommend making a purchase!

Saw an instagram ad about their led lamps so I decided to buy one. They’re very bright and shipping was not too long. I’ll sure buy more in the future

Bought a week ago, package just arrived. Great addition for my desk and love the fading mode on the lamps!

Price is not too much and definitely worth it! I will surely buy more in the future.

Product itself is good and matches the pictures.
Only problem is that IZU lights itself is pretty unprofessional.
Took about 1.5 months for it to arrive.
No way to get in touch, they didnt reply to emails or instagram DM's.
I personally will not buy from them again, I will go to someone else who sells the same product.

UPDATE: I'm now rating them 1-2 stars since it's taken them 3 weeks just to get back to me and then another whole week just to respond to me on insta for them to then ignore me?? I wanted a replacement for the broken lamp but I guess that's never happening..
UPDATE: I got a replacement at the beginning of november.. however im still disappointed with their service

I bought a lamp on the 29th of august, had to wait for the 11th of september for it to start shipping which was then delivered on the 28th..basically waited a whole month..for a broken in half lamp that was meant for a friends birthday..it came in a box with barely any protection so no wonder it broke...

ive contacted them three times, since the 28th Sep and heard nothing for almost 5 days..

Please Buy elsewhere instead,izulights also doesnt have direct permission from the creators of the anime shows to be actually using their art (they dont have a license meaning they're selling art without proper permission) They have also stolen lamp designs from a business that is ACTUALLY liscened but not allowed to mention them here cus I'll get reported for promoting them which is understandable...
I wouldn't recommend izulights ever, they're unofficial, their service is terrible and they forget you exist...never buying here again

**UPDATED REVIEW**
My review used to be 1 star because for 3 weeks my order had not shipped yet. After trying to contact the company through email, instagram dm, and commenting on their instagram, I had finally gotten a response back! IZU LIGHTS apologized and explained that they had water damage in the warehouse due to floods that happened recently. They really did everything to make things right. As soon as I gave them my order number, they shipped my order out. They even gifted me a light free of charge!!! They were extremely nice about the situation and it was probably one of the best customer service encounters I've ever had. Also, I finally got my order a couple days ago as well. Thanks IZU LIGHTS!! I'll definitely be coming back!

OLD REVIEW
I made an order with them on July 31st and have been waiting for it to get shipped ever since. It's August 15th now and I wanted to get the lights before my friends birthday but it's coming up fast and I don't think I'll get it in time. I contacted them on Instagram and through email but still no response. I'd say they have pretty bad service. Very disappointed. I even ordered the lights because I have heard good things about them. But I am still waiting for the order and the response.
