First order : I was excited by the pretty colors and styles. My order came: nothing fit: called customer service several times: on hold for hours , left a message as instructed: no return call ever, called back : same thing : returned everything . Despite paying an extra fee for ‘ free returns’: only got a partial refund. Terrible , well actually no customer service

The products are nice, but too small. They might be okay (scrub sets) if the material was a little thicker. The newest color, a very light blue, was very see through in the pants, in the rear. You can see the tag. When I asked to return them, an email via AI bot responded saying they could not find my order numbers that I had included.
The next email I sent and received a reply to was very nice and apologetic but asked me to try the pants on and send them PICTURES back of how see through it is. I am a a 60 year old in shape female, but I am not sending a picture of my butt in tight see through pants. How dumb is that, and kind of humiliating as well. I did not wear them, I did not wash them, the tags are on still. I stated this and yet I am to jump through hoops to get a return label. I won’t order from them again. Now I remember why I go through Amazon! I was trying to avoid using Amazon and go through the direct website.

Ordered a scrub set from this company for the first time (I usually go with FIGS who I've never had a problem with, but they had a limited time color I liked). When I received my order, instead of a shirt and pants, I got two shirts. I emailed them and they responded quickly, but they basically said oops sorry but you need to return the extra shirt before we send you the pants you ordered. I didn't have a day off for another couple of days to return the shirt so I had to wait even longer to get the pants that should have originally been sent to me. When I finally made it to USPS, they said the return label sent to my email couldn't be printed there and I had to go to FedEX. So I drove to FedEX who printed the label for me but couldn't ship it so I had to go back to USPS. All this running around on my day off because of a mistake made by this company. Nothing but a quick sorry and holding my actual order hostage until I fix their mistake. Very annoying and I will stick to FIGS from now on. I regret ever trying this company. Their material is mediocre in comparison anyway.

Used to be good, now completely trash. My things continuously fall out of my pockets, and lost my car key due to this reason. Not worth a dime.

They have a discount price at some colors. I asked for the same discount for a different color. After multiple purchases from them, they refused.

Never received my package. Made 2 calls to company unable to track package. They don't refund full amount of purchase they keep package protection fee. Do not recommend at all.

Scrubs used to be good now the material change sucks scrubs fade way to fast fast they last maybe 3 months ordered two sets may of 2025 it’s now August 2025 and the scrubs colors black and navy are faded and won’t be ordering from them anymore it’s like the material is old on new scrubs

The material quality is not anywhere close to how it used to be. I bought a scrub that is too big and they wouldn’t accept return!! Be careful with their return policy because they pretend they accept returns but they don’t.

Slow slow slow snail speed delivery worst in business ! Even next day you wait a week delivery from this company sucks

They don't ship their products on time told it ships in 7 business days to call back if it hasn’t and if not id get my refund which it didn't ship i called back and was told no i cant get a refund till after it ships which is a scam because their policy is they don't refund shipping and id have to pay to ship back stay away from jaanuu the worst customer service ever

What is up with their quality? The material is cheap and the color washes out so quickly. Figs scrubs look new after 3 years of constant wear, and their customer service never fails.

needed to return items almost 3rd month no response, i need return label. has not received yet. 2x email them, 1x on fb messenger but no response. POOR customer service.

Avoid purchasing from this company. I made a substantial investment of £250 on scrubs, which I returned via signed-for delivery due to dissatisfaction. Regrettably, the company has been delaying my refund, citing issues stemming from a recent change in couriers. Despite assurances of resolution, it has been four months with no reimbursement in sight. Concerningly, the six-month window for dispute resolution is fast approaching, leading me to suspect deliberate stalling tactics. Regrettably, I may need to involve my bank to resolve this matter. Such an experience is disappointing, especially from a purportedly reputable company. The responses received suggest a lack of integrity, bordering on fraudulent behavior.

The scrubs look great and fit great right out of the package. After you wash them 1 time they are a wrinkled mess. They will only take a return if you haven’t removed the tags - which you have to do to wash them. Purchase these only if you love ironing and even after ironing they look horrible. I spent 30 minuets trying to get the wrinkles out. Not worth it!

I purchased $200 worth of embroidered scrubs and they never arrived. No help from Jaanu or any way to contact customer service verbally. They use a non-trustworthy shipping agency (not UPS, FedEx or USPS). Avoid at all costs.

Threads coming out of seams after a couple months. Unwearable after about 4 months. Roughly 16 washes.

Could buy Walmart scrubs cheaper and have them last twice as long.
Conclusion if you want quality scrubs go with members only or barco.

Absolute BEST scrubs!!!! I do not understand the rave about Figs, Jaanuu is far better suited for the female body and are true to size. They have designs that make you feel attractive even at work. I have been wearing Jaanuu since their original line (which I did like better) and I will continue to wear them until I retire.

Absolutely amazing scrubs! The material is buttery soft and comfortable, plus the fit is so flattering. In comparison to other over-hyped scrub brands Jaanuu is 100 times better. Keep up the amazing work!!
