Great Cake and Communication. Highly recommend!
I initially ordered a carrot & cinnamon cake for my mom's birthday and paid for delivery. When I found out the size of the celebration got a bit bigger, I added a pecan pie to the order.
The email communication with Jack and Beyond to ensure timely delivery was great. Really great customer service! We ran into a bit of a delivery issue and it was transparently communicated (along with a small treat as an apology)
More importantly, the cake and pie were delicious! Neither was overly sweet and had great balance. I received multiple compliments and would highly recommend this bakery. I'll go back again when I'm in London....it's too bad they don't have a local bakery for me.

Tasty and beautiful
My cake was Delivered with care and the staff was really friendly. I had covid and tried to cancel sadly it was too late but the employee I had on the phone was kind and friendly while explaining why it was impossible. The lemon cake I choose was delicious and beautiful. Really good rapport quality/price.

Not areal Pavlova
The service was amazing, the look of cake was great, but unfortunately we did expect way more from the taste. The real Pavlova meringue is slightly soft, this one was very dry and harsh, and extremely sweet. And overall all ingredients were like separate entities unfortunately - I eat meringue, cream and cherries as if they are served separately, didn't get the balanced feeling of the cake as something combined. Probably we have to try something different, but this one didn't work for us :(((
