If I could give 0 Stars I would
If I could give Jack & Jill 0 stars, I would. I purchased many items from your store and online but your lack of a return policy sucks. I paid $46 for a pair of heels that I can't wear and you wouldn't even exchange them let alone give me a refund. I will not recommend J&J to anyone after calling and getting poor customer service.

Hi Bob, our apologies. In the past year, many shipping carriers try to move packages along as fast as possible and a result of this is non-scanning of packages from city to city. This results in a lack of tracking and then BOOM, the item arrives. If you don't receive your order in the next few days, please contact us at Customerservice@jackandjilladult.com and we will get you taken care of right away.
