This must be where the Candyman hides to ensure no one can find him. Customer service is nonexistent. Trick questions to even enable their forms for customer inquiries. Disconnected phone numbers to further ensure frustration in reaching them. Forget about expecting timely deliveries-their awareness of the calendar is strictly limited to holiday promotions. OK -lousy customer service. How about the candy? Certainly unworthy of their non-sale pricing and costly delivery cost.

What a joke. I am reporting to the ftc. Taking money and not delivering the goods is illegal. I advise others to do the same.

I placed an order on April 18th and never received it. I sent numerous emails to them. On May 13, the y replied to an email telling my my order was ready to ship. Today is June 6th, still don't have it.
Didn't receive my order
Didn't receive my order a week or so after the fulfillment date according to Jackie's website, but was credit card charged the day after the order. Received an email confirmation of order but nothing after that. Logged into website with my credentials used for this and a previous order, but once logged in, said I had placed no orders. Contacted them 4-5Xs across all methods that seems possible - text, voicemail and online form. No response. I contacted by credit card and received an email from Jackie's the day after that saying The status of your order #102151 has changed to "Refunded". (they were - several days later), but no apology, reason for delay or not responding to any queries that caused annoyance and time spent dealing with this waste of time. Won't order again from them.

This was a Mother's Day gift for my mom, and it was never received. I emailed them and called them and left two messages, and no response. I had to call my credit card company to reverse the charge. Now. I have to find another Mother's Day gift, but it will be way late.
Worst Chocolate Ever!
I ordered a variety box of chocolates. I never received a confirmation or an email that it shipped. I emailed the company twice with no response and left messages on voice-mail with no response. I received the chocolates. They must use the cheapest quality chocolate because they were disgusting. The white chocolate was the worst tasting chocolate I have ever tasted in my life.
I also bought a few chocolate covered oreos. The cookies tasted stale and again the chocolate coating was disgusting. I would never recommend buying from this company.

I pre-paid for a one year subscription for a friend, who got the 1st three shipments and then they stopped. I have not been able to get ANY response from the company to fix or refund the remainder. They do not return any e-mails, CONTACT US memos and you can NOT call the company to talk to anyone... DON'T BUY from the company - it's a rip off.
Very Poor Customer Service
They sent me an unsolicited offer for Easter candy which I promptly redeemed. I have ordered from them in the past with no problems. Now Easter is over and they will not respond to my emails and texts regarding where my order is. They continue to send me texts asking me to order more. I will never do business with Jackie's again.

Awful Company
I placed an order on 1/30/24. It's almost end of March now and I still have not received my order. I emailed multiple times to get a refund, no response! Just an awful company!
Scam
Scam! Luckily I used PayPal and am getting a full refund. They never have anyone available to speak to you and nobody calls back. Sent an envelope with a piece of bubble wrap to my sister and myself. Address is in Wisconsin but envelope came from California. Hopefully this place will disappear,
TERRIBLE company
TERRIBLE company. I hope other people will have the foresight to read all of these reviews, avoid wasting their money, and save themselves from frustration. First month was delivered, then nothing for 2 months. Messaged them on their website, no response for a week. Called, no answer. Called again today and spoke to a rude, impatient, and condescending man who took my phone number, saying he couldn't help me, and someone would call me "as soon as possible." I tried to give him more information for the person who would call me back, such as order number, my name, and the basic issue (standard procedure, no?). He continually interrupted me. When I asked at the end for a more precise time frame (as soon as possible in a day? maybe a week?), he raised his voice condescendingly to interrupt me several times. Honestly, I lost it. My name's Karen and I'm actually a mild mannered person, but this guy really triggered the worst in me. Save yourself the heartache. Of course, the one star is only because a star is required to leave the review.
The box was empty!
I placed an order with Jackie’s on October 3rd for Halloween candy to be sent to family in another state. After several emails to them as to why it hasn’t shipped, my family received a box from Jackie’s on October 28th. It WAS EMPTY!! Jackies claims that the post office opened it up, removed the Chocolate, sealed it back up and sent out an empty box. As of November 3nd Jackie’s will not refund or replace order because it’s the fault of the usps!
My package arrived damaged
My package arrived damaged, melted, a sticky mess. I sent them a picture and they refunded my money. The package was attracing bugs, it was nasty. I threw it away. Then they REVERSE my refund. Now they want the package back. They never told me this. They just gave me a refund without me asking. They gave a refund to make me happy, so I do not complain. Then they reverse the refund. So now I have no refund. This is FRAUD.

I will not be ordering again and looks like I will have to file a complaint with my credit card company to get a refund.
Again…too bad they lost me as a customer due to a lack of communication.
Bad service/shipping

This is the second time I've ordered sugar free chocolate from Jackies and have waited over three months for the order with no communications from the company. They don't respond to email and their chat isn't staffed. Quality of the product is good, but they have serious order fulfillment issues and no customer service capability. And they charge at time of order, not time of delivery. Stay away from them.
