No stock, no delivery , no communication, but very good at getting eBay feedback removed, avoid at all cost, cheap low quality items made in Turkey

auf Etsy habe ich bei dieser Firma Jack Martin zwei Herrenhemde bestellt die ohne Angaben von Gründen storniert wurden. Auf meine zusätzliche Anfrage was genau das Problem sei und ob ich die Hemden doch noch bekommen könnte, habe ich keine Antwort erhalten. alles in allem eine sehr unseriöses Verhalten, keine Kundenfreundlichkeit und kein guter Service der hier geboten wird.

placed an order with Jack Martin London on July 20th for international delivery to Australia. As of today (August 4th), the order still hasn't shipped — the tracking status has been stuck on “preparing to ship” for over two weeks.

I’ve made multiple attempts to reach out via WhatsApp, phone calls, their website contact form, and email — but have received no response at all. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing.

At this point, I’m left with no option but to consider disputing the payment through my bank, as there’s been no update or assurance from the company.

I hope this review prompts a response and resolution. I would much prefer to resolve this amicably, but basic customer service should not be this hard to access.

Don't buy from this company

As other reviewers have reported, customer service is non existent. I returned a shirt for a refund and after 4 weeks my account has not been credited. Calls, emails, Whatsapp messages all go unanswered. Disingenuously, the website claims 4.4 out of 5 as a review score. I have contacted my credit card company and will report to Trading Standards. I advise all potential buyers to avoid the company.

I mean… I’m happy the shirts came at least. They offered 3 shirts for the price of 2 but ended up paying for 3 anyway… tried to contact but no luck, literally no customer service, so if you buy from here don’t expect to refund it, because it just won’t happen… their business number is an 07 number, that should say enough. Overall though, lovely shirts, it came as described. I’m quite pleased even though I still overpaid lol.

No customer support, no returns. All of their support information is false. No one including myself has been able to contact them.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a wedding suit from them on 2 August. It said on their website it was in stock. A week later I asked them where it was and they said it was out of stock but would be with me within a month. They offered me 25 per cent off if I waited. I said I would wait. Another week or two went by and I sent them several emails to check that the suit would definitely be ready in time for my wedding. They didn't answer a single one. Then eventually they said that they couldn't guarantee delivery, and that I should buy my suit from somewhere else. They'd already taken my money and three days after telling me that they'd give me a refund I still don't have it back. They don't answer emails or return calls. They've completely messed me about. They stole my money and now I can't buy a wedding suit because they haven't given me my £200 back. DONT BUY FROM THEM, YOU'LL REGRET IT

Terrible service, no proper return policy. Avoid buying anything here, specifically if you are outside the UK

Non existent customer service been trying to return a suite for 3 days!!! YOU ONLY GET 3 DAYS TO RETURN IT FOC!
I've tried all forms of contact, the phone number that's on there website is just a mobile number that goes to answer phone!
Please avoid this company
I now have a suit that doesn't fit and £160.00 out of pocket!

Terrible service

Bought a jacket from this company. Received fine, was poor quality fabric, but the look was reasonable so I kept it and wore it a few times.
Sent it to be dry cleaned for the first time (using a company I regularly use and have had no issues with) and the material on the jacket has partially fallen off, such that it is no longer wearable.
Attempted to contact customer services with zero response (online chat, WhatsApp, phone call).
A few days later they replied with a generic template in which they had forgotten to even insert their specific details in (the response still had the text 'insert your store's return policy timeframe here').
They refused liability but clearly it is the fact the garment quality is so poor that is the issue. How can it be ruined after one dry clean.

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered the PAISLEY tuxedo jacked and waistcoat on the 19th of April 2023. Was apparently posted 2 weeks later, despite claiming delivery within 3-5 working days (I tried chasing them up but had no luck whatsoever in getting a response). Once it was "posted" the tracking number wouldn't register with Royal Mail. Only after 3 weeks when I opened a PayPal dispute claim against them did I miraculously hear from someone. Demanded a refund and received it immediately with the poor excuse that Royal Mail had lost my parcel 😂. Refund received 6th May 2023.

I recently ordered 2 shirts - off-white & a black.
I received off-white & a white shirt. They have made an error in sending a white shirt which anyone can do.
I have contacted this company by email, whatsapp & online chat. No response till now.
They seem to be so irresponsible & lack communication whatsoever. I have a wedding in 4 days time & they don't seem to be bothered with the messages I sent.
I have sent them the confirmation email which shows the colour I ordered.
The package came from Turkey and I wonder if this is how they trade over there.

It is a shame to have to say this as the offering seems on the surface pretty sound, but the quality is poor, the sizing is incorrect ie the clothing does not fit. I made a return, they promise refund in 3 days - it has been 3 weeks now .. I try the chat and email but no response ... AVOID and just go to M&S!!!

Quality is terrible - trouser hems were coming undone with hem tape peeling off, loose threads on all of the buttons, there was a care label sticking out an inch from one of the sleeves, it rustles like plastic and even the zip on the (admittedly complimentary) suit bag was broken! Now to request a return you need to ask from a form from the chat bot on the website and so far have had no response from it.

Ordered 5 items. Paid for next working day delivery which wasn't the case as I received my order with a 24h delay. One item wasn't the size I ordered. I asked for a return label which they emailed me. Since I returned the parcel I haven't received any communication yet since 6 April 22 to confirm the receipt of my return. Calls go to voicemail. Charged me a higher price to what was in the bill enclosed in the received parcel which I don't understand why? Luckily, I used KLARNA, so payment still on hold and return in progress.
I don't recommend this company!

The website seems genuine and they will post suits to you quite quickly.

However, their sizing is very odd. So i have requested a returns and a refund as they stated on their website however they will not get back in touch to get this sorted. They are waiting for the 14 days return policy to go by before they will communicate so they do not have to provide a refund.
