I have dispatched the item straight into the recycle bin as the return reviews look nightmarish!!!! BE WARNED - AVOID THESE CHARLATANS!!!!

If I could give less, I would. Please, please, please do not buy from this alleged company. It is a big scam. They are taking a lot of money off people and sending items that you wouldn’t wash your windows with. I’m trying to get my money back which is proving rather difficult. They are advertising on Pinterest and I wish companies like Pinterest would check these companies out first to make sure that they are genuine companies. It is really frustrating and a big lesson learnt.

Way too small should have brought 2 sizes up. Can't return because they are in a sale. You have to return before they tell you they will refund.Marked as £90 paid £35. Based in China, shipped from Amsterdam, customer help US. Learned my lesson to check reviews

This company has printed rave reviews from Trustpilot on its Pinterest website. They are Chinese fraudsters. It is all a scam and Pinterest ( Google )are well aware of it. Google are enabling massive frauds from China on the internet and making a huge profit from their collusion. Avoid Facebook, Pinterest, and Google. Just a Massive bill board for international fraud.

I ordered what was billed as a quality coat. It was on sale like all the items being sold. If you look at the returns policy they do not refund sale items. When the coat finally arrived it was unlined and thin, and not fit for the purpose of a coat.

Absolute scam! 5 weeks ago I ordered some shoes and my partner ordered 2 shirts. One shirt arrived and was nothing like the item advertised - the material was awful! My shoes finally arrived and the material was most definitely not “buttery soft leather” but a really pungent smelling man made material. This company should be prevented from trading. Our orders were placed around 16 August ‘25. It is now 26 September!!!
I am really disgusted. DO NOT SIPPORT THIS COMPANY!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences with Jackson London when trying to return an order. I followed their instructions exactly, returned my items with Royal Mail International Tracked, and provided the tracking number. The parcel arrived in China on 25 August 2025 and has been stuck at Yiwu International Customs Brokerage ever since because Jackson London has failed to provide the required customs declaration.

As the recipient/importer, customs clearance is their responsibility, not mine as the customer who already paid for tracked return shipping and fulfilled my obligation. Despite repeatedly emailing them and pointing this out, their responses have been dismissive, telling me they "have no direct influence" over customs and that I should "wait."

They never informed me in advance that returns to China would require a value/description declaration, which is a basic standard procedure. Their lack of transparency, failure to take responsibility, and refusal to actively contact customs or appoint a broker shows that they are deliberately avoiding processing my refund.

It has now been weeks, with no resolution, no refund, and no accountability from the company. If I hadn’t threatened to escalate through AMEX, Trustpilot, and Google Reviews, I doubt they would have taken any steps at all.

This company hides behind vague emails while keeping customers’ money. Their returns process is designed to be as difficult as possible, and they do not take responsibility once your parcel reaches China.

I strongly recommend avoiding Jackson London – they are untrustworthy, unprofessional, and their so-called “return policy” is misleading.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Jackson-London is a scam. The cardigan my mother ordered has come. However she would like to return it. We have now discovered we would have to return it to China, at our expense. And reading other reviews it’s highly lightly that we’d be throwing good money after bad as once in China the package will sit at customs and we will never get the refund.
Very disappointed. They are a con - as but using London in their nabe you think you are dealing with a U.K. company. I hope they go bust!!

Absolutely gutted that I bought from these con artists. They show brilliant Trustpilot reviews all a con. I bought the mirco shirt from they and what arrived is nothing but a complete and utter con!!! These shirt is nothing like its pictures or description on line.
I can't believe i fell for their crap!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM BY ALL MEANS - IT'S A SCAM
Bought pure cashmere cardigan but received an item which is made of mohair like fabric, unpleasant to touch, smells bad, no labels showing fabric composition or care instructions, no even tags on the product. Colour is totally different, the whole look is totally different from described. Also, they position themselves as London brand by calling it Jackson London but items are sent from China and now they ask me to post /return back to China at my own cost with DHL to ensure the tracked and traced option which would cost me the same or more than I already paid for their poor quality item. So not going to post at my cost. To make it short - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM and FACEBOOK must prohibit this kind of scammers and do not allow them to market their products via Facebook. If you purchased via master or visa card then request a chargeback due to scam.

The dungarees I have been sent are nothing like the ones in the pictures, this is fraud.

I am almost certain that this is a scam.... I have waited almost 6 weeks for my dress and getting no help from customer services. I want my money back!!!!

WHY? BECAUSE IT'S SENT FROM LONDON, FREE POSTAGE BUT.....A BIG BUT....
IF YOU FIND THE ITEM IS MADE OF POOR QUALITY FABRIC, THE ITEM MAY NOT HAVE ANY LABEL INSIDE INFORMING YOU OF THE MATERIAL COMPOSITION/THE ACTUAL TRUE SIZE, THE SIZE YOU ORDERED, THE COLOUR YOU THOUGHT YOU HAD ORDERED AND HENCE NO LAUNDRY INSTRUCTIONS.
MAYBE THAT IS WHY IT GIVES YOU THE LAUNDRY INSTRUCTIONS ONLINE AND ALL GARMENTS NEED THE SAME TYPE OF LAUNDRY??
YOU REALLY, REALLY- INFACT I CAN'T EXPRESS ENOUGH (IT IS MENTIONED IN THE SMALL PRINT) THAT YOU PURCHASE FROM THE UK AND THEY WANT YOU TO RETURN IT, REGISTERED, TRACKED FAST POSTAGE AT YOUR EXPENSE??
WHAT ON EARTH IS THAT ALL ABOUT???? YEAH, SOUNDS A LITTLE STRANGE TO ME TOO. INFACT THE PROBABILITY OF THE RETURN COSTING YOU MORE THAN THE ITEM ITSELF IS EXTREMELY HIGH. ALSO IT'S PRETTY OBVIOUS THAT THEY DON'T WELCOME YOUR RETURN AND YOU WILL HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS TO GET THE RETURN ADDRESS OFF THEM. WHY DO THEY DRAG IT OUT UNTIL YOUR DEADLINE IS ALMOST UPON YOU BEFORE YOU GET THE ADDRESS.
GOOD LUCK FILLING OUT THE CUSTOMS DETAILS, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY NEED TO KNOW WHAT MATERIALS THE DRESS COMPRISES OF...AND GUESS WHAT? YOU DON'T KNOW AS THERE IS NO LABEL INSIDE THE GARMENT. ADD ANOTHER WEEK ON THAT AS YOU ARE TRYING TO GET AN EMAIL RESPONSE FROM THEM AS THE PHONE NUMBER, BEING IN CHINA AND OUR TIME DIFFERENCES MAKE IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO CATCH THEM IN WORKING HOURS, YOU WILL BE SUPER LUCKY TO GET HOLD OF THEM.
THE MYSTERY IS ....WHY RETURN TO CHINA IF IT'S SENT FROM THE UK??? OKAY IT SCREAMS OUT TO ME THAT OBVIOUSLY THEY ARE MADE IN CHINA EXTREMELY CHEAP I.E THE WORK FORCE AND MATERIAL. SHIPPED CHEAPLY OVER TO THE UK AND STORED IN A CONTAINER UNIT. THEY ARE SHIPPED TO UK ADDRESSES BY THE CHEAPEST PARCEL COMPANY. THERE HAS TO BE A REASON AS TO WHY YOU ORDER FROM THE UK BUT RETURN TO CHINA. MAYBE THERE IS SOME ADVANTAGES FOR THE BUSINESS TO ACCEPT ITEMS FROM THE UK INTO CHINA?? I'M SURE IT WILL COME TO LIGHT. I'M LUCKY AS I'VE NEVER MADE A PURCHASE FROM THIS SHAMBOLIC COMPANY BUT MY FRIEND DID AND IT COST HER OVER £550 AS THE GARMENTS WERE AWFUL AND THE RETURN PROCESS MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN. ordered 2 dresses from them and it took up to 6 weeks to turn up not impressed to say the least,when they finally turn up and got them out of the packaging they look like dish rags ! not happy with this i tried to email several times with a response of you will have to send the items back to china at your own cost which was going cost half as much as i paid for the items!!!!

I would not buy from them again. The item did not fit and to return it has to go back to China at my cost which is very expensive.
They market themselves as Jackson’s of London so you think you are buying from a London based company. They don’t seem to have a UK hub.
I was offered 15% refund and to keep the item…not much good to me if it doesn’t fit. The alternative is shop credit and you get another product at a low price!

Be careful if you decide to order from this online store. Scammers! This is the only word I can name them. I placed an order (dress I needed for special occasion) on 17/07/25 . Didn’t hear nothing for about a week , emailed with a query when I will receive my order, got reply - their delivery time 8-14 business days🙈sometimes can take longer , as they want to ship many orders together 😅they ship from China, I believe same items easy can be bought on Temu( probably they buy on there and selling 4 times expensive)
The company registered in Netherlands, not even in uk, if you need to return you will be shipping to China at your own expense ( also they say only signed for postage accepted) .
On 14/08/25 I got an email saying my parcel delivered, with photo attached but not my address or property in the photo. I didn’t provide instructions to be delivered to different address !!at that time I been on holiday, when back I checked with neighbours, nothing found, emailed them and asked for a refund , because more than a month after order was placed I still didn’t have item. Reply I got to wait until they investigate, also been told to go check around if I can find where it was delivered. Investigation I been told will take 24-48hours.
Unfortunately already more than a week , but still nothing. Now they saying if will not be able to find my item, they will send a replacement, although many items I warned them I only will accept refund, because I don’t need item after 2 month.
I can not understand how at all stores like this can exist and scam people .

Just be aware don’t buy anything from Jackson London, you just will loose money and will get some cheap rubbish, or will not get anything at all!!!
Karma always pays back ! I don’t have to be the judge , one day they will get what deserved !

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. One star is being unbelievably generous but unfortunately zero stars isn't an option. These are Chinese made cheap cheap cheap items of awful quality. Items that appear to have buttons or embroidery on the website, have a printed picture of a button or the embroidery in such bad ink it's laughable. Everything is a printed picture on poor quality material. The website is incredibly misleading and shows false Trustpilot reviews.

Would give no stars if I could. Fake Trustpilot reviews on their website. Products a cheap imitation of genuine looking jewellery. Returns have to be sent to China at exorbitant cost.
