We have used Kevin & co a few times over the last 25 years or so and cannot praise them highly enough. Efficient, polite, clean & got the job done with minimum fuss. Excellent work!!

Smooth all the way through no pushy sales. Measured up and fit within 6 week. Then fitted within day to high standard by Lewis and Cisco.

New front and back doors installed in Roade. Very thorough with the pre installation question and options so I got exactly what I wanted. Installation was excellent also. Did a good job in tidying up as well.

Very happy with my new door, the house is so much warmer now! Grant and Emily were great during the fitting - clean, tidy and polite even given the fact that it was snowing. The initial lock was faulty but as soon as it was brought to Kevin’s attention it was sorted straight away! 10/10

I would definately recommend Jade Windows and Doors. We were introduced to them through a friend who had used their service and was a very satisfied customer. We were looking for advice for replacing windows and doors in a conservation area. Kevin was amazing!! He was so knowledgable and explained our various options. Any follow up queries I had via email were answered promptly. A great company who not only have the skills and knowledge but also great customer service.

Kevin and Gill have always responded in a very timely manner to all our enquiries, our new Solidor was installed by the very able Grant and Emily.
We are very pleased with the door and get many compliments on it. An excellent service all round, sadly very rare these days.

I would definitely recommend Jade Windows & Doors (Wollaston) – as soon as we spoke to them asking for a quote it was clear that they weren’t going to just sell us a couple of doors but were going to make sure we understood all of the potential gotchas and options, and that we would be happy with the complete fit and finish (Jade are an approved Solidor installer and know their stuff – we have a lovely knocker…) Kevin and Gill are very responsive and will go the extra mile to double check that everything is correct, and Grant was brilliant during installation – all in all a great experience and we will be repeat customers as a result.
